Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom haven near St. Joseph, Michigan. This spacious retreat boasts a grand open entryway, adorned with a captivating spiral staircase that leads to a sprawling loft, complete with a luxurious queen bed.

Relax in style within our commodious living room, equipped with a 60” TV featuring Netflix for your entertainment. The large master bedroom beckons with its king-size bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Our recently renovated kitchen, complete with a charming coffee nook, reveals a Keurig coffeemaker stocked with delightful local coffee and other regional delights. The adjoining dining room offers an 8-person table, perfect for gatherings and late-night board game sessions.

Step outside to our enormous backyard oasis, complete with a play structure for the kids. The expansive deck features a table and patio furniture, ideal for entertaining and socializing. A brand new propane grille awaits your culinary adventures.

For your convenience, a laundry machine is available in the rear bonus room. Please note that small dogs are welcome with approval, subject to a fee.

While the beach is not directly accessible from the house, you'll find this luxurious retreat is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of St. Joseph, Michigan, and all it has to offer.

Quiet and Convenient

The location of the property was close enough to all the things to do in the area and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I appreciated the communication with the owner and the ease of check-in and check-out. There is an apple tree in the front yard so we had to make sure to not bother the bees feasting on fallen apples. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!

Harbor House Haven

My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan. We enjoyed our two night stay immensely and would stay here again. Thank you Nathan for everything! Greg!

Great location, sandy floors/rugs

Great location minutes away from several local beaches and the town of St. Joseph. The house is renovated, except for the bathroom. When we arrived at the house, we noticed a pink stains around the bathtub and sand on the floors and and rugs. Our party had 2 infants and we didn't feel comfortable having them crawl on the floors. The owner did have a child gate and high chair available for use, which was helpful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Owner was accessible during our stay.

Worked for us

The house was as described. The owner was very fast to respond. But the house was not as clean as it should’ve been. We tried to clean up ourselves but we either didn’t have the supplies available or they were dirty, like the broom was covered in hair and the vacuum was dirty. The beds and linens appeared to be clean. Under tables and couch cushions was gross. I booked the stay for my family of eight, we didn’t have enough towels or hand towels and the own promptly had some delivered. The landscaping was beautiful and we enjoyed the large dining table and ping pong. We were a short drive to Silver Beach, shops, and restaurants. We’d probably book again if the house had been cleaner.

Not satisfied; disappointed

Upon entering the house, we noticed a strong cigarette smell throughout the house. We bought a candle to make it bearable. The cleanliness of the house was the biggest concern. There were fruit flies, ants and spiders throughout the house, especially the kitchen. It’s one thing if there’s a couple bugs but we’re talking at least 50 fruit flies and a kitchen countertop full of ants upon arrival. When we arrived the temperature was 82 on the first floor and pushing 100 on the second floor. The air conditioning was on but the loft bedroom upstairs was super hot. It took 8+ hours to cool it while freezing the family sleeping on the lower level. The beds were advertised as all KING-SIZED, but only ONE BED was a king. What we paid was not anywhere near commensurate with our experience ,we are requesting a credit to make it right.

Rest assured I am discussing your issues with our cleaners to make sure they rectify the issues you noticed. I also updated the listing to fix any inaccuracies. Unfortunately you caught us on an unusually warm week. When the house is empty the thermostat adjusts to save energy which occurred prior to your arrival. I have changed that setting going forward.

Nice Weekend Away

We came here for New Years with friends to get out of Chicago. The place was just as described. The big backyard was great for our dog to run around. Ethan was very communicative and was helpful before and during our trip!

Great place to stay

My whole family had a great experience staying here. The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed the backyard space, it was good for the kids. The location was perfect, just a few minute drive from silver beach.
