UNMATCHED!!! is one word that could be used to describe this amazing vacation rental. Phoenix Orange Beach II Unit 2005 sets itself apart from others in every respect. This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach. This 20th floor unit offers floor to ceiling unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, ocean, & Perdido Pass. It sits right across from Zeke's Landing and Marina. You can walk across the street to eat at local restaurants or check out the day's catch. It is also convenient to local supermarkets. Covered parking allows easy, convenient access to the building & the unit utilizes keyless entry.

Once inside, up to 14 occupants can start the vacation of a lifetime. Unit 2005 offers unmatched decor where guests will enjoy their rest on a king bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. Boasting a large 75 inch smart TV, the living room is the easy spot to watch ballgames. Some may choose to enjoy the cool comfort of the astonishing views, while some may want to go out onto the spacious balcony. A beautiful dining area adorns the balcony and a lounger and love seat make hanging out and relaxing easy as well. Back inside you can rest assured every need is met as the unit offers fully-stocked kitchen, full size appliances, wet bar and ice-maker, washer & dryer, hairdryers, and stunning decor.

As you venture outside, Phoenix Orange Beach has a lazy river, a zero entry pool, a corkscrew waterslide, splash pad, heated indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are conveniently located near the pool and a conference room and a remarkable fitness center is close by. Exercise while enjoying lovely beach views as well. No trip is complete without a walk down the beach or enjoying your beach chair while dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico. Come make memories of a lifetime and vacation in luxury!

*There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.*

**Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4 bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. Please note we do not expect an extra pass availability during the summer season.**

Perfect condo! We had the most beautiful view of the beach and of the pass. Kids loved the waterslide and lazy river. We definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful views, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was in the perfect location and had the best views of the beach and the Pass Bridge. Beautiful at night with all of the lights. However.....the unit was filthy. There were black hairs (long and short) in the bathtubs, the toilets were pretty disgusting, and the showers were dirty. The towels did not smell or look very clean..... We washed all the towels before using. I don’t think the floors had been mopped in a while. There was sand on the floors and food under the sofas and beds. Tried vacuuming and the vacuum cleaner didn’t suck up anything. Someone probably needs to supervise or hire a different cleaning crew. We paid a lot for cleaning but it wasn’t clean at all.

Great Views...but DIRTY Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked last minute and the reviews were excellent so I was really excited about our stay. We arrived at the condo with four children and were instantly shocked at the state of the floors. They were filthy. Within an hour the bottom of my kids’ feet were black. There was food under the couches, cookies on the tables, chips crushed on the carpet, hand smudges all over the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony was covered in crumbs and orange peels. A few towels had brown stains on them and there were pee stains on the floor around the commode. Several light bulbs were out in the bathroom and there were none in the closet to fix it. We vacuumed, wiped down surfaces and contacted the host. He replied the next day and said he would send someone to fix everything. No one showed up. The next morning I contacted him again and he stated that someone had indeed came and cleaned our condo. Lies! It was the third day before I could get anyone to come to our condo to clean the mess that we checked into. He never apologized and never asked if there was anything else we needed. I was really disappointed with the service and the cleanliness. The only great thing was the views and they truly were beautiful! But this condo needs a serious deep clean before I would ever consider coming back.

Truly the Best View on the Beach

This is an amazing Condo right in the Beach! With the corner view you see the beach and a great view of the fishing charters headed to sea every morning. The Condo was clean, well equipped and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.We will be back!

GREAT Condo!!! Excellent views!!!! Would stay there again. However, a bathroom sink was clogged & drained very slow. The front desk clerk stated they did not maintain the unit. Paint in the family area was peeled off in several areas from a previous renter. Other than these two issues it was great. Highly recommend this unit.

Family stay

The amenities of the property itself were great, but the the condo was not clean. The sheets were dirty and we had to wash them as soon as we got there. Walking in the unit for 30 mins left us with black feet. None of the hair dryers worked and a sink was clogged. Minimally stocked and products were sub par. I just expected more for the price.

The view was amazing, the condo was very nice and open. The only issue was one of the sinks in one of the bathrooms took quite a while to drain and also the jettub in the master room did not work. When the jets were turned on the water shot up and also had black specks of something in it. Other thank that the room was fabulous.

Beautiful location!

Incredible ocean view from three of the four bedrooms. Lazy River was cool but we did not use it. I wish there had been an air fryer. The pillows were too flat for about half of our party. The beds were also way too tall not to have a step stool available at each bed. One of the beds had sand in when we got there which made us worry they were not clean. The towels and sheets were very low quality. The ice maker was disgusting with dirt and mold in it. One of our guests cleaned it so we felt we could use it. I would recommend checking the beds before you sleep in them. Make sure you get toilet paper, trash bags, and anything else you need as the unit does not come with anything other than a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One dishwasher tab. The cleaning company needs to do a better job of making sure things are ready for the next guests. We still enjoyed ourselves very much.
