Phoenix Orange Beach II 1003, a luxurious 2-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront condo, offers an exquisite retreat for up to 8 guests. Located on the 10th floor, it provides a serene setting for a memorable vacation.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, boasting a King bed and a 65-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The private Primary bath is outfitted with dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower, ensuring a spa-like experience. The second bedroom is equally impressive with 2 Queen beds, a private bath, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Additional guests can be accommodated comfortably on the sofa sleeper in the living room.

The kitchen, a chef’s delight, comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient wet bar featuring a wine chiller and ice maker. Unwind in the living room, which offers a large flat-screen TV and captivating expansive views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It needs a new garbage can and the couch cushions could use some updating as the couches were not comfortable.

Very nice condo and resort. Very nice and convenient that it has an Ice machine in the wet bar. Phoenix properties are always very nic and accommodating, however this one is above the top. My kids love the lazy river and the water slide. We will be back! Soon

Great stay!

The condo is very spacious and clean. The ice machine was a fantastic plus too! The unit was well stocked with necessities. It is very close to stores and restaurants as well! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Place was clean and elegant. Had all thaw items needed to stay with grocery stores near by to get all the items needed to cook. Would stay here again with no problem.

Very clean and family friendly

We were in 1003 and loved everything about it! The condo was super clean and very well taken care of. All staff we were very helpful and nice. Would stay here again and would recommend it to all my family and friends!!

Loved the condo!

We loved everything about the condo, accessibility, cleanliness and communicatwith property staff. Only thing we were bummed about is that there was no beach equipment to utilize. Other beach condos always have something like chair, umbrella or toys. We ended up having to buy it all. Other than that small inconvenience, we loved it there and will be back!

Beautiful condo

Conda was clean and beautiful. Thank goodness for the large screen TVs. It stormed every day but one during our stay. Still had a great time.

Was amazing until...

Our last full day we decided to spend the day at the pool and we found a less than desirable "surprise" at the bottom of the pool, accidents happen specially when you share space. We reported and waited, no one ever came to clean up.came to clean up.

Pretty clean and nice views!

Nice spacious stay! Not many places had more bathrooms than bedrooms. This was perfect! Beds were a little firm to our liking but that’s just preference but they are more on the firm side. The place was pretty clean but there were some silverware and kitchenware that still had food left on them and random areas on doors/walls I accidentally touched and were sticky. There was no hand soap so we did go out and get our own which was a bit of a let down. Linens were clean and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for fun in the sun.

We enjoyed our time. My 10 year old daughter had a blast at the pool/lazy river. The ocean was full of jellyfish, so the pool was a great alternative. Security was lacking because we noticed people using the outside, side entrance at the bottom floor parking deck to come and go to the pool and beach. They were very unsavory people. They were all over each other to the point we left. Only once in almost a week did they check for armbands. Also, the bowls in the kitchen were sticky with a white coating on them and the silverware was somewhat dirty.We had issues with Netflix but got it fixed on the 3rd or 4th day. Other than the dishes everything was clean. I contacted the rental agency in regards to the parking passes. I asked how much, they didn't know. I asked them to find out, they couldn't be bothered to call and ask. If, you're wondeing it's $55!!! I think that should have been mentioned in the listing or the rental agency should be courteous enough to find out for you considering how much they make of the listing. The hallway right outside the condo entrance is a loud noise chamber. Every morning we would hear a dog barking and people talking to the point we had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to help quiet the noise. It helped a little. Note: both bedrooms are on that side of the condo. The location was perfect. Zeke's is our favorite restuarant and it's right across the street, along with the ice cream shop. It was a fun time. .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the condo, all the pools are fantastic! Our condo was VERY dirty when we got to our room. Didn’t even look like they cleaned anything besides the floors. We found facial hair all over the bathroom. We had to call the cleaners back to come clean. Luckily the lady who came back was so sweet and took her time getting everything clean for our family. This was our second stay in 1003 it was good but once again I highly recommend any guest bring their own stick on black out curtains or you’ll be sleeping in daylight. I’d love to see more family friendly things, like pack and play, high chair, and kids plates. As this is a very family oriented condo. The rug could use a good shampoo in the living room. Overall our stay was good. We’ll definitely be back to Phoenix again next year.

We are previous owners at a Phoenix condo and I think this complex is wonderful. I would only make one recommendation and this would be to put blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The numerous LED lights outside the windows are very bright. Overall, great vacation.
