This three-bedroom private beach house offers ocean views, a pool, spa, fenced in back yard, patio and pets are welcome!!

Upon entering the property guests are greeted with an open floor plan that can serve as a workspace (computer monitor provided) or flex space for friends and family to gather. This room is equipped two sofas (one is a pull-out sofa Queen bed) and flat-screen TV. Down the hall are two guest rooms along with a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first room has a Queen bed and closet and the second room has two Twin XL murphy style beds, a closet, and direct access pool, spa and fenced-in back yard.

The upstairs is framed by a vaulted ceiling and two sets of doors that open to the ocean. The ocean views are visible from the main living area, dining, and kitchen. Here guests can access the oversized patio. Outdoor seating a dining table, bistro dining and a sectional sofa, love seat and chair.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Centered by an island with seating for four.

The primary bedroom has a King bed with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony that overlooks the backyard oasis.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

A washer/dryer is provided as well.

After spending the day at the beach (located directly across the street) guests can rinse off at the outdoor shower, jump in the pool, relax in the spa or explore our Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach just four miles away.
