Riverside Landing is a privately owned condo at Waterwheel Condominiums on the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels. This 2nd-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits with a balcony overlooking the courtyard pool. You'll enjoy two pools (one of which is heated) and 4 hot tubs, private Guadalupe river access, and a large expanse of luscious lawn shaded by pecan trees. You're conveniently close to Schlitterbahn, Comal River parks, Guadalupe River parks, downtown, and Historic Gruene.

Road Trip with the Grandkids

Very nice on the inside-was a little worried when I drove up. Seemed a little old but the place was quiet and had easy access to everything. The beds are very comfortable and had enough supplies provided for the 2 days we stayed there. No complaints and the property manager answered all my questions very quickly!

Adult Weekend

Place was clean, check in was breeze, the only things I could pick at would be not enough trash bags in kitchen, we had to buy more toilet paper and the room with the bunk beds get really hot. Even with all of that, I still highly recommend this place and I would definitely rent again for sure!

Best location

We were in a wonderful location- a quiet neighborhood only 1 min from Schlitterbahn! The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The back room was a little warm for me but the kids were very comfortable- they all had their own bed! The queen room was perfect for my husband and I. The washer and dryer are a little loud, other than that, it was an amazing condo!

Good location

Condo was close in location to places in town. Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. *The dryer was very loud and squeaky so don't use when you're ready to go to sleep!

Riverside Landing condo

Overall we had a really nice stay. The unit was well-stocked and everything worked as advertised. The location was very convenient to downtown NB and Gruene, and the river access was great. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED this condo

This condo was perfect for our family! It was just like the pictures we saw online!! Perfect location. Any questions I had they were quick to answer! AC was nice and cold-everything we needed in the kitchen! Beds comfortable! Thank you ! Our vacation was perfect!

Memory Making Trip!

Exactly as advertised, this two bed/two bath condo felt airy and spacious. We loved that the balcony overlooked the pool and two hot tubs, with access to another larger heated pool a short walk away. The nearby elevator helped my partner as he loaded and unloaded! The fully furnished kitchen, with pots and pans, utensils, cute dishes and glasses, pleased my daughter, and had all we needed to make meals for everyone. I appreciated the abundance of towels, the games in the tv console, and extra blankets. The host responded promptly when I had questions. We made many memories as the kids played in the pool, we chatted at the hot tub, and then all ventured out to the nearby Comal River and Schlitterbahn. By the end of our stay, it almost felt as if we were leaving a new home!

Amazing & fun stay!

We had an incredible time at this property! Communication was seamless and detailed, check in was a breeze and the condo was extremely clean. It also had everything we could possibly need, and more, for our stay. The large bedroom in the front does stay much warmer than the rest of the condo, but they have a tower fan to help out with that. I was so impressed with our stay and would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful condo

Loved our time at this property. The condo was very clean. We loved having the pool so close and the walk down to the river wasn’t bad at all. Great spot on the river. The property manager was wonderful as well. My only complaint is that the bedroom with the king bed and bunk beds was the warmest room in the condo (but I like it cold when I sleep). I would definitely stay here again!

Fun Time

The condo is really nice and very roomy. My family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. So nice to have a balcony. We loved taking walks down to the river and using the pool close to the river. We had plenty of good eats, spent time in Gruene, went kyaking and explored Natural Bridge Caverns and SA.

My stay was amazing!

The condo is very clean, and spacious, the patio is HUGE and overlooks the pool. The beds were comfortable, and the location is great! We had a great time!

First VRBO experience was great!

This was our first VRBO experience and it far exceeded our expectations! We visit NB every summer but normally take our 5th wheel and stay on the river. This was a very last minute decision to go down this summer and lucked out with this unit! We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked a few meals, it was equipped with everything we needed. The patio/balcony is large and overlooks the pool and hot tub area, it was nice to sit outside in the evenings. The bedrooms were comfy and roomy. The beds were super comfortable and all 4 of us slept great. The kids took the master bedroom as the sleeping arrangement was more suitable for them, which wasn't a big deal to us! We were able to soak in the hot tub at night while the kids jumped in the pool, it was nice the condo was right there! We took a few walks down to the river, it is beautiful and peaceful with the large trees providing shade. The street the complex sits on dead ends right into Schlitterbahn and close to everything, but far enough out for peace and quiet. The only tip I would have for the next guest staying is to bring a fan for the master bedroom as the ac was struggling to keep it cool, as it is located on the side that the afternoon sun sits on, and we noticed there is only 1 ac vent for that huge bedroom. Other than that, everything was fantastic and a great experience! We will definitely be back and will recommend this unit to any of our friends looking to visit NB in the future!
