Located in a prestigious and safe gated community on Pensacola Beach, this stylish beach home has everything needed for a memorable vacation including a community pool, private boat dock, and private beach! The kiddos and young-at-heart can easily indulge in some friendly competition in the game room where you will find a pool table, foosball, and Ping-Pong, a lounging area, a 65-inch TV, lots of bikes, kayaks, and beach accessories! The entire home includes fresh paint, new hardwood plank tile flooring, high ceilings, a large open foyer, and a split floor plan to allow everyone to spread out with ease. The eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the large main living area, making it perfect for whipping up tasty recipes and entertaining.

The rear balcony has access from both the family room and main bedroom and extends the entire length of the home, great for enjoying the peaceful setting with your morning coffee or late afternoon relaxing. Plus, this beach house is a short walk to the pool, boat dock, and sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, so you won't have to venture far for unlimited fun! ***Community/Shared Pool is closed*** Due to construction delays. Estimated reopening late March to Early April.

Four kayaks (two adult, two kids), multiple life vests, & multiple bikes for kids and adults
* All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

So many extras

We loved the location and house was perfect! The basement are was loaded with bikes, boards and table games, it was the perfect house for a family (we had six) everyone could spread out when we needed. Heads up if you are a coffee drinker bring some Kcups - I didn’t see a regular coffee pot.

This house has EVERYTHING, better than advertised. Ground floor is air conditioned, pool table, ping pong, foosball, boats and life jackets, bikes and tricycles. Epoxy floor, lots of upgrades we did not expect. Really nice for a large family gathering. Beach across the highway was really big and nice. Pool is perfect.

OUTSTANDING HOME

This house had EVERYTHING! Lot of room, all the utensils one could ask for, great BBQ Grill, the community pool was great, beach was close, has ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, small boats, lifejackets, bikes, tricycles, beach cart, beach chairs, the bottom floor is air conditioned with all this game stuff, very comfortable, nice epoxy floors on the bottom, the owner has put some serious effort in this house, one of the best places we have stayed in Pensacola Beach!

Loved it.

We loved the location. Bay on one side beach on the other. We had double red flags almost the whole trip so being by the bay without having to drive was great!! Also loved how shallow the bay was for the kids to be able to swim around in.

Beachy Dreams was a dream!

Our family had a wonderful time on the Gulf Coast at beachy dreams. It was a fantastic property that delivered everything promised on the initial advertisement. Would absolutely stay again.

40th Birthday Girls Trip!

The house was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of supplies left by Vacasa (laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, plenty of toilet paper, toiletries...). It is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter one to the pier and this house has ALL the toys!!! Very well stocked for a great vacation. We did have an issue with the garage door not closing but it was taken care of very promptly and courteously! We had a great time!!

Back again!

We live in the Pensacola area. If we are going to have a large group, this is our house. We love the access to both soundside and gulf and all the water toys provided. The kids love having the pool table, ping pong table, etc The layout is nice and the house is always clean when we arrive.

Great House

House was clean, comfortable beds, and exactly what we expected. Beach stuff was super sandy, nothing a water hose couldn't rinse off so not a big deal to us (just simply saying if your gonna use other people's belongings at least take care of it and clean it off lol). Great location and access to beach. Will definitely consider coming back!

Great Vacation Spot

Very cozy place with everyone being on the same floor and had nice amenities, great views and awesome private feeling location. Easy walk to either the gulf side for white sandy beach and small waves or the calm bay side to use the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Will definitely visit this place again.

Great place to stay

This was really a good experience. The home is very inviting and provides true relaxation. There were few hiccups though. The only day we had when there was no rain, no bad wind, they did not place the tents and chairs despite informing them in advance. No phone call to communicate the change. When we brought this to vacasa property manager, they just washed it off stating it was a third party. They also didn't provide us with the door code for 1 st floor initially. So everytime, we had to climb stairs up to get in the house, then climb down from inside to open the garage. No garage remotes provided. Only when pressed, they provided the same after asking the owner. However, the house is really great for two couples and offers a very welcoming and relaxing experience. I would definitely go there again hoping the previous issues don't repeat.

Not what I expected

First I will say, I hardly ever write reviews, but i feel I must review this property. I rented this house for 5 nights over Thanksgiving week. Move in was no problem, house appeared to be clean and ready for the 6 of us. That evening is when we noticed we were not the only ones staying there- this house has a huge cockroach problem. Cockroaches on the kitchen countertop, on the kitchen floor, in the kitchen cabinet drawers, and in the Bathrooms. Totally disgusting. I contacted the property manager (Vacasa) through e-mail, which is the only way to contact them. The message was sent to the local office and a maintenance man did come by to place roach traps in the kitchen & bathrooms. This did NOT resolve the issue. When I got up during the night to get some water, they were crawling all over the countertops. I have a video to prove this. Again, I e-mailed the property management (Vacasa) and the next day they sent the same maintenance person by to squirt something in the cracks- AGAIN, this did not resolve the issue. Image trying to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for your family, and you have to worry about cockroaches. I am appalled that the condition of this house was like this. I spent ALOT of money and it was a disaster, and embarrassing to me to have my Family living in these conditions. I have contacted Vacasa directly and have asked them to reach out to me. I have also asked for a refund. I have not heard back. In addition, the house was advertised as having bikes, many bikes as you can see from the listing, which they did have, unfortunately out of the 7-8 adult bikes, only 2 were functioning. Flat tires, broken rims, just unrideable. This was disappointing, but minor. This house is not ready to be rented! When/if they get control of the cockroach problem, fix the bikes, this would be a nice family rental. The location is great.
