ESPECTACULAR describe todo sobre esta casa. La gran sala familiar en el piso superior y la cocina bien equipada donde puede entretener a su grupo de 12. Hay vistas al Golfo de México o al sonido de Santa Rosa desde cada ventana. 2 dormitorios principales con baños privados, más 2 dormitorios más y un futón y una doble en la habitación familiar. Cerca de piscina comunitaria. Un muelle que se extiende 180 'en el sonido para pescar y / o ver puestas de sol. Televisores en todas las habitaciones con muchas películas y NetFlix. Solo un corto paseo a través de las dunas hasta el Golfo. También proporcionamos toallas de playa, un carro para la playa Y muchos juguetes de arena. ¡Todo lo que necesitas empacar es una cámara y tu ropa!

Easy check-in. Abundantly well-stocked kitchen. My mom usually travels with cooking gear as most rentals we've enjoyed over the years don't have enough skillets, utensils, pots, etc. There is more than enough for anything you could possibly want to do in that kitchen! We used the community pool & beach access on both the Gulf & the sound side daily- it's a short walk to all. There are plenty of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards & floats for your use. The outside shower is a nice amenity. I used it every day to rinse off and minimize tracking in sand. Make sure to bring extra bathroom tissue & paper towels as a nominal supply is provided & our group of 9 went through that pretty quickly.
Gulf beach access right across the street from the house.

Nice house with plenty of space in private neighborhood. Easy access to both gulf beach and a small beach. Nice pool which was usually empty.

Wedding Week

All our family gathered to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. This property was one of three we rented to accommodate our family. We were so pleased with the house. It was clean and very well stocked.

Very nice property in a great location for us given we like a quiet vacation! We have stayed and this property two years in a row. The one negative that we had both years is with the mattress in the master bedroom. Both years the mattress had a huge dip in it and is in need of being replaced.

Great house and great location!

The house was great, but I really appreciated the communication with the owner/manager. Responses were very quick and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and the sound. We enjoyed the pier/dock and the pool.

Excellent Vacation Home

This place was perfect for our group of 8. Incredible views of the gulf and the sound and a really easy walk to an uncrowded beach. Was probably the most well-stocked vacation home I have ever rented as there was plenty of cookware, utensils, etc., that made things much easier for nights we cooked at home. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Vacation

Great location along Pensacola Beach with a lot of privacy. The home was amazing and was very comfortable for my large family. I highly recommend the property and the owners were fantastic answering all of our questions before arrival. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great stay and location for families.

The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space and all the amenities needed and more. Location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach. More importantly, the beach at the location is sparsely populated relative to other spots.

Not for small children !!!

Stairs were extremely dangerous, even for adults. Dishwasher leaked, oven door handle came off. My husband replaced a flapper valve in master toilet. Maintance of the property was not up to par. Location is wonderful.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a short walk to the ocean or the bay! The only negative we had was that there was no propane in the grill. We made due though and had a very relaxing week and enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect space for our party of 6! We are glad we selected it over other options that we had!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Awesome location & well-stocked home for a beach vacation. We loved being between the gulf and the bay and the wagon and sand toys were a big help for entertaining our children! Highly recommend. We would happily book this property again!

Best beach ever

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The whole house was very clean upon check in, all the amenities you could need, plenty of space for the 12 people we had. I do wish someone had told us the dock in the photos, subdivision dock, was destroyed. Must have been torn up in the hurricane and not repaired. We couldn't fish like we wanted to. But the house itself...incredible. The beach was beautiful and just a SHORT walk. The pool was great on the days the kiddos needed a break from the waves.

Perfect location!

Loved the location.. short walk.. no crowded beach.. perfect for our family! Well stocked house, except dish towels ( I use a lot). Was happy to have the beach wagon and toys to use! The bedroom on top floor needs a cover on the door as the room was bright in the early morning, but I brought a darkening sheet after reading previous reviews😬 Overall, we had an awesome week and I would rent again!

Great place to spend a week!

We had a great stay. The property is exactly as advertised (if not more). Great location with easy access to the beach. The pool was super convenient (especially for the little kids when they had enough of the gulf). If you're hyper picky, you'll notice some wear and tear on the house, but what do expect with Florida weather and so close to the water. The home is sound and well built, and provides tons of area to spread out. The bedrooms provided an ample place to escape at night, and the main floor was a great space. The open concept living room was bigger and had more seating than expected. Communication was great with the owner. Details and instructions were clearly lined out. The check-in and check-out process was easy and nothing was unexpected or out of the ordinary. I'd go back! Can I just go back, like tomorrow. It's way better than being at work. Cheers!

No blues at Summer Beach Blues!!

We had an amazing week staying here, even with a tropical storm. The house is a quick walk from the beach and pool. It is stocked with everything you will need and more. Great location. Quiet. Hope we get to stay there again!

wear and tear

This is the 7th time we have stayed at this property. It needs some TLC and a very deep clean. The location is good. Just a short drive into the action. The walk to the beach is easy- recommend using the boardwalk just a few more steps down the beach. There were no beach towels as advertised in the listing. The community pool was not well maintained. A lot of the same trash from day-to-day scattered around.

Wonderful

This place was absolutely wonderful. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the beach or the bay. We had a large group of 10 adults and a toddler and it was plenty spacious for all of us. Loved being able to use the beach wagon and the toys. Far enough from the main strip that you felt at home. The beach was not crowded. The water views from every window were awesome! We had an incredibly relaxing trip! My only suggestion would be to add some black out or darker curtains. The sunlight is BRIGHT in the rooms by 6 am (June).

Our dream was to own a beach house. Then we found out that we needed to rent it to help pay the bills. I talk to each renter to make sure that the house is a fit for their party. It's the beach, so I want everyone to have fun; but it is a private home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We started building this house before Hurricane Ivan hit. It took 18 months to build so it feels like another child. We found this beach to be beautiful and charming without all the madness of the more 'popular' beaches. The beach has incredible white sand and our area at the end of the residential area feels almost private at times. The city of Pensacola has some big city attractions and is close enough for some adventures away from the beach atmosphere. There's plenty to do or just sit on one of the decks and enjoy the view.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Young children love the small beach at the fishing pier on the Sound. They can sit in the lapping waves and not get knocked down.
