This was the perfect condo for our family! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas were large and spacious. So many dishes and pots and pans! Everything was perfect!

Good property in fantastic location

Fantastic location right on the beach (with a pool). Three bedrooms was fantastic for family get together (grandma, kids, and grandkids all together). Good living and eating space.

Family Vacation

Overall the condo and beach were fabulous! We were not able to use our balcony due to work being done to the building and there was a lot of noise but the property management company was wonderful to work with and promptly addressed our concerns. We would rent again!

Two dishwashing pods are not enough!!

Overall, excellent, five star stay. The location was quiet and has wonderful beach access. The pictures make it look a lot smaller than it is in real life... With plenty of sleeping surfaces for everybody that came with us. Only issue we had the entire time was the fact that they provided only two trash can liners and two dishwashing pods for a 4 day stay and we had to provide our own in order to meet the check out requirements. By no means with this a deal breaker, But it would have been so much easier if they would have at least provided a handful of each. Again, a great stay overall!

Great trip! But this condo doesn’t have access to the tennis courts.

This was our 4th trip to stay at Regency. We had always had access to the tennis courts, but this time we didn’t. I texted our contact multiple days, but they were never able to help us gain access to the courts. This is the reason we chose to return to these condos and we look forward to playing daily. The condo was nice and the beach was beautiful as always. Just know when renting this particular condo, that you likely won’t have access to the courts.

Location to beach was perfect however, first night there bathroom sink did not drain , contacted for repair but no one ever came , had issues with a/c entire stay , condo was nice size & very clean

So clean and great location

We were impressed with how clean this property was -- from the immaculate lobby to the unit itself. The building isn't new, but you wouldn't know that based on its condition or cleanliness. The location was perfect, right on the beach and away from the potential rowdiness closer to town. We got chairs and umbrellas from Lazy Days, and they were terrific to work with and very responsive. Some things to be aware of: Since this unit is on the second floor, you can't see people on the beach itself. You can see the water (and the view is beautiful), but the sand dunes block your view of the umbrellas and such on the beach. Also, there is no TV in the bedroom with the two queen beds. The other two bedrooms (and the den) have TVs. We liked that all three bedrooms have their own bathrooms; one of the bathrooms opens into a small hallway so it can be accessed by others (like someone sleeping on the sofa). We stayed four nights and hated to leave!

Had issues with getting air to maintain temp setting. Later discovered relative to the issue, on our own, that filter was WELL past date of changing. We also never were given info to enter tennis courts. Were told that you "just walk in" but gates were locked. Evening of arrival, kitchen trash can was moved while placing items in pantry, and there was no way that underneath trash can had been cleaned before our arrival........crumbs, etc. And same found under sofa, chairs, etc. Don't mean to complain - we had a great time - but also as a VRBO property owner, we have to address same/similar issues on a regular basis. THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR PROPERTY!!
