Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Southmont Wildlife boat ramp and Board and Batten wedding venue.

Awesome getaway

The location of the property could not have been better as we were all traveling from different parts of North Carolina. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, had lots of amenities, and Rikky was a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun lake pad

We loved our stay! The amenities (fire pit, pool table, giant TV, loft, darts, etc.) made for a great time for everyone and everything was brand new, clean, and comfortable. A short walk across the street brought us to a large dock great for swimming and paddle boarding. Rikky is a very friendly and accommodating host and we highly recommend a stay here.

Great Golf Vacay

Four retired buddies down from the frozen north for a week of golf. Could not have chosen a better spot to stay. Rikky and Tanya could possibly be the nicest couple on earth. Very friendly. Very accommodating. Their property had everything we needed.

Quaint & Clean

Rikky was an amazing host. Always prompt to answer questions and easy to work with. It rained the entire weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake, but the amenities he offers are second to none. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. We were in town for a wedding and it was very close to the venue.

Awesome Lake House!

We had an absolutely excellent time staying here - the kids enjoyed the lake every day, we loved the paddle boards and kayaks! Fire pit, pool table, games were enjoyed by all. The place was very clean and the hosts were super accommodating when we had a last minute change.

Wonderful location - Excellent accommodations

The week we spent here was absolutely home away from home. We enjoyed the lake access and had a most memorable vacation week here. The house was perfect for visits by our blended family’s wide age range of children, grandchildren and friends. Rikky is amazing and was very responsive to any questions we had before the stay and was available if needed during the week. Just know that the listing is accurate, the house is clean and beds are comfortable.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The lake was lovely and we enjoyed going out on the kayak. Host is very accommodating but we really didn't need anything as the place is well equipped.

Fantastic family getaway!

We only had a long weekend to getaway and the hospitality of our hosts made it special every minute. The accommodations and amenities were as described and more. The owners were gracious host and made our family feel at home. We will no doubt returning for future visits as well as recommended to others. Sunsets on the dock were the best!

Unwind in the spacious living room/game room with 11' ceilings. Convenient full kitchen and laundry inside. Upstairs, enjoy the large loft area with high ceilings and partial lake views.
