Great experience

Check-in process was easy. The apartment was clean, nice and suited our needs. Property manager was friendly and answered any questions that we had in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay here! :-) would stay again.

Great property however Internet access should be easier; a Password requirement like most rental properties. I had to go in the rain and use McDonalds WiFi to complete a document I forgot to do before I left home.

Not a good choice

I am not a negative person but I must say this was not a good experience. Apartment was nice but we found many issues. Many of the deco still had tags on it but not pratical. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms but they had soap dispensers and there is a broken living room table that is glass that could have been dangerous. Saw this in other reviews so it has been brought to the owners attention but the haven't done anything about it. Not in a good neighborhood. We arrived at night and there were many groups of people hanging around outside with a lot of noise. Bedrooms face the road so traffic noise all night was disturbing. Very difficult to get internet access, we stayed for 2 night and could not get access during the whole stay. Furniture is cute but very uncomfortable. Elevator was broken and hear that this is normal. The "gate" for the community was left open during the weekend. Didn't feel safe or comfortable here at all.

Not what I expected

The place looked nice but not what was advertised. There was no silverware or utensils to cook with even though it was listed in the booking. There was also no soap in any of the dispensers in the bathrooms..which is very weird and inconvenient. There was also confusion about the gate and door codes that should be simplified and written down in a book. There were no written instructions for what to do when we checked out ( like strip the beds or put towels somewhere specific)..and also not an easy way to access wifi. Also the pool wasn't even open when we went. Overall nice place but not a nice experience.

Met our needs

Clean and spacious. Would be quite good for a couple with 2 children + infant. Big, clean, good bathrooms.

No customer satisfaction!

Our family of five stayed there for 9 nights in total. Overall it was not what we expected. The apartment looked clean on the surface but there were many issues! It’s a new building with fresh paint by roadside. 1) The master closet and kitchen pantry had ants. Not thoroughly inspected. 2) Coffee table leg was broken so could not use it for dining as only two bar stools were available. 3) No toiletries of any kind were provided. No hand soap, no shampoo nothing. When we called the owner, he/ she said that they will drop it the next morning but no one showed up. 4) Getting Wifi connection was a hassle. 5) Very noisy, no soundproof windows. Traffic noise even on weekdays, very loud. 6) No basic pantry stuff was provided condiments ,sugar or oil. The owner should have mentioned that bring your own stuff. We even left a bottle of expensive olive oil which might be used for next guests :) 7) No laundry detergent, no dishwasher liquid 8) Only a few Trash bags were provided. 9) Ice maker was turned off. 10) Only one nightstand in the master bedroom. The same was used to take pictures in the other room to make the pictures look nicer. 11) The bunk bed was not stable. 12)We had to buy a lot of basic stuff which wasted our time. If we had known earlier we won’t take this apartment. Poor customer service. There were a few baby items for families with a baby. Instead of investing on baby stuff the owner should have provided the basic stuff for everyone’s convenience. If visiting Disney only find a nearby place or resort. This place is 30-35 min drive to Disney. Thanks.

Great place to stay kids enjoyed it and it was close to everything which i enjoyed. Very clean. Manager on top of everything prompt on any questions i would have. Would definitely rent again!!
