Step inside this cool and calming condo with a view of the ocean (from its private furnished balcony, of course). Take a load off and enjoy the comfort of central air-conditioning and enjoy a favorite show on the living room's TV. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a bonus pantry space with extra cooking tools for guests to use. Younger You can enjoy resting in the built-in wall bunks. Both bedroom suites include a private balcony entrance, plus an en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and a soaking tub (one also features double sinks). In addition to everything in this condo, You can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), an outdoor shower, a lazy river, and a shared fitness room during their stay.

The HOA will not allow any boats, trailers, or jet skis on the property. Violators will be towed


All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
