This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this recently renovated condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king and 2 queens. This rental has a 5 night minimum.

This 5th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has two ocean-facing balconies, comfortable and chic dining and living rooms, updated tiled bathrooms. One walk-in shower and one shower/tub combo, and a thoroughly stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and solar shades. Each of the stylishly decorated bedrooms has blackout drapes for sleeping in, a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access. You will love the extended living space—not to mention the views-- the balconies provide. New for 2025 - living room couch and patio furniture!

The property was as described except there was no hair dryer. The views of the beach from the property were very, very good. The unit was clean and well supplied for our multi-day stay. We look forward to staying at this unit during our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

There was plenty of room and privacy for all of us with the large bedroom suites and outdoor patios to hang out in. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff in the building were friendly and professional. We enjoyed the exercise classes and the amenities offered to the guests and residents. We have stayed here a few times before and would definitely stay here again!

Loved

Loved the condo, beach, security. However the couch was old and lower to the ground, difficult to get out of. Wish the beach chairs were a little more off the ground too.But glad they at least had chairs. Second bedroom was very warm, thank goodness for the fans!

Month Long Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would like to start off with the building itself. It is very well maintained and the staff is amazing. As far as the condo itself, it could be updated. The balcony furniture should be thrown out and should not have cushions, unless someone is going to shampoo them each time a new renter comes to that condo. We wound up sitting on old, wooden folding chairs. We were there during the storm Debby and water flowed through all sliding doors and windows. The balcony also gets full of water even in a normal rain situation. Thankfully the real estate emergency team was excellent and came to our service right away to help. Hopefully that will be repaired for future guests.

Home awsy from home

Unit was as promised plus more. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean the couch "eats" you which was difficult for my 90 year old dad. Had lots of laughs getting him out! Views were spectacular. Live music on Sunday. Food on premises Wed thru Sunday. With Flip Flop bar and grill across the street. Fyi if you stay more than a couple of days. Bring your own bath soap, TP, PT. and kitchen soap. I would stay again

Beautiful unit & property, however

The area, property, and unit were FANTASTIC! The perfect location. We loved being on the north side of the building and being steps away from Apache Pier. However, the property rules were not like anything I have ever experienced. Front desk attendants screamed at my teenager for rolling a cart across the lobby floor. We were not made aware that we were not allowed to unload our luggage at the lobby. One of the front desk attendants made the check in process excruciating as he read out loud every single line of 3 sheets of rules and information. The attendant underneath the parking deck that oversaw the unloading process rushed and harassed me and other guests trying to unload their cars and continued to yell at us warning that we needed to bring the carts back immediately after unloading our luggage in our room. My teenage girl was scolded when the wrap that she wore over her bathing suit came loose and dropped to her waist for a moment. There was only one person working at the pool bar which made the wait for a drink too long. I got a warning ticket from security for backing my car in. My friend and I were sitting on the patio after 10pm chatting and someone yelled at us that we should not be talking on the patio. The entire experience was incredibly weird. But I loved the unit and property so much that I would consider returning, just knowing what to expect from the folks who run the property.

The unit is beautifully finished and has a great view of the ocean. The balcony is large and shaded from the sun. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beach vacay

We had a great stay. There was a minor HVAC thermostat issue and they worked to fix that quickly. We will definitely be back!
