Located at MM4, this veteran owned, Cozy Lake front 1 Bdrm Condo offers amazing views, a pool, and laundry room. Your next vacation sits directly above Docknockers Bar & Restaurant and close to everything else. Enjoy morning coffee while watching boaters pass by, or take a walk up the road & spot some of the many deer in the area. Offering new linens, towels, bedding, TV, cable, wifi & chrome cast. Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker. Must be 21 or Older to rent. No Pets, No Smoking.

Small but cute

Cute place, advertised correctly with easy check-in/out process. Host was easy to reach before and after stay, but did not respond during stay— I texted to ask about a showing (for sale) that 2 men showed up for right after I arrived for my stay, asking to come inside to look around. I texted to host for verification, but no response. I only got a response after I messaged I had completed check out. Couches and bed had crumbs spread throughout, and was a bit dusty.

Perfect for a quiet weekend away.

The condo had everything I needed. It was fun to watch the boats on the water. The bed was comfortable and I couldn’t hear anything from any of the neighbors.

A great Spot to explore all areas of Lake of the Ozarks

We really enjoyed our stay. This tiny spot was perfect for me and my Hubby. Although, this building is older the inside is updated and clean. We had endless hot water which was great therapy from daily hikes and activities. Not far any and all entertainment. We do not own a boat but really enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting on rockers that overlook the lake and those enjoying water sports. Docknokkers was quite fun and entertaining and had no trouble filtering the extra party noise by shutting the door. A/C was great. We kept very comfortable in all weather. The hosts were very attentive and communication was fabulous. We drive a large truck and parking was tight and scarce late at night but still available even on a busy holiday weekend. Thanks again for the last minute accommodation and great price.

Spouses getaway

The property is very clean, small but comfortable. The lake view makes it peaceful, luckily for us, there were not neighbors the days we stayed here. It has access to a pool the sunsets are beautiful!

Nice place for a couple

I initially skipped over this place during my search when I saw that it was directly over Docknockers. I was worried that we would hear loud music and partying late at night. The pictures and the price convinced me to give it a shot. If we were outside, we could barely hear music from Docknockers but could not hear anything while inside. The parking is a little tight and I was glad we brought my wife's car (Ford Edge) rather than my F150. The condo is on the lower level of what reminds me of 70's era Holiday Inns. There is 1 bedroom separated by a curtain. The front door is a sliding glass door. With the blinds open, you can see all the way into the condo, so keep that in mind. With the curtains closed it's a little dark but it has lights so no big deal. There is a small table and metal chairs outside the door and I liked having my coffee outside in the morning. A couple people were passing by which is no big deal but I generally don't want to talk to anyone before I've had my coffee. The air conditioner drips along the sidewalk outside the door (opposite of where the table and chairs are) and some mold has grown up where it drips. A little off putting, but nothing terrible. Could easily step over it. Inside, the place was well arranged and the furniture was comfortable. The condo was clean, and in good repair. We mostly were there in the evening and in the morning. Sunset over the cove was very pretty and I enjoyed watching boats going by in the mornings. It was more than adequate for the two of us. For much more than that, it would be pretty crowded. It would perhaps be okay for a couple kids but I wouldn't want more than two adults in there. All in all, I recommend this condo. It's in an older building and the exterior shows it. That being said, the condo itself is clean and in very good shape. It was very nice for the two of us to unwind.
