PROPERTY
THE POINT AT WATERS EDGE - Resides on a classic Muskoka landscape with rock cut throughout and picturesque towering pines - all while offering a private cottage experience. With northeast exposure and 305 feet of frontage, this property provides a very serene atmosphere. The Main Cottage features a stone pathway leading up to the front porch which provides two entrances! Follow the path around either side of the cottage to bring you to the waterfront stone patio, furnished with 2 white Muskoka chairs and a BBQ. A boardwalk leading to the boathouse will bring you to the 'rooftop' lounge, featuring 2 wicker rocking chairs and 2 cushioned wicker armchairs with ottomans and side tables. Under the covered portion, circular dining for 5 can be found. On the lower level, 4 white Muskoka chairs encircle an outdoor coffee table and 3 additional Muskoka chairs along the side offer front row seats to the waterfront and boats passing by. Deep water off the end of the dock provides pristine diving and swimming conditions! You will never want to leave!

All properties are outfitted with Jayne's 5-Star Quality White Linens, BBQ, Unlimited Internet/WIFI, Smart Tv(s), Laundry Facilities, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Vacuum and Cleaning Supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $1080 per rental
This cottage includes 10 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
