Tranquil 1875 Victorian with beautiful grounds and inground pool

This is a large 3000 square-foot Victorian, built in 1875 with tons of charm, on a picture postcard street.
Great for adults and children!
The grounds are large , tranquil, and private. Perfect for just total relaxation, cook outs, or chilling in the 50’x30’ inground pool.
The home includes (2) large living rooms and smaller private living room. Lots of room to spread out. If your in need of some romance, it includes two fireplaces!
Huge bedroom on main level. Four bedrooms on upper floor with an additional porch/bedroom. Lots of couches to sleep on as well.
All new bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen appliances, hardwoods, with lots of granite and marble.
Main living area, bedrooms, all have air conditioning.
Two minute walk to Wakefield Main St, where you will find the famous Brinkley’s ice cream and several wonderful eateries.
Bike path is 2 minutes from house that will take you to beautiful Ocean Rd , Narragansett Beach, The famous Towers, and multiple 5 star restaurants.
There is so much to do in area. The most beautiful beaches in the country! Best seafood in the USA...
The largest casino in the world, Foxwoods Resort, is 30 minutes away,
You can also visit cobblestone lined Newport. More shops than you can imagine on the water front. Mansions built by the largest families in this country for viewing.
Block Island is just off the coast with ferries running all day.
We are clean freaks!

Owners make you feel welcomed and are very accommodating to your individual needs.This house rental is ideal for a large crowd. Small town with restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Fantastic

The property was First Class, amenity rich, and centrally located to quaint towns and beaches. Plenty of room for privacy as well great common areas to get together. Great communication with the host from check in through check out. He was very accommodating and added some thoughtful touches given the timing and purpose our our trip.

The house is much nicer than the pictures suggest. It is also very well stocked with top quality linens, kitchen appliances, and supplies supplies. The full size pool was the highlight for the teens, young adults and the older folks. Excellent location. Easy to get to nice local shops, large grocery stores, Walmart, etc., 10 minutes to several excellent beaches. This was a terrific choice for us.

Super clean! House layout was perfect for our large family of 13. Very close to the beaches and to top it off the large in-ground pool was a huge plus! (Not just for the kids!) The host Scott responded quickly when we had a question before the trip. We are seriously considering making this house our new go to for our yearly summer vacation.

Our family of 7, ages 23-86, really enjoyed our stay. Enough bedrooms for the “kids” to have their own rooms and for the grandparents to avoid the stairs with a master on the first floor. Lots of outdoor space, and tons of seating inside for the introverts to read while the tv was on in another. Central for day trips to the beach, Newport and Narragansett. Daily hang outs at the pool and walks to get ice cream made the perfect chill vacation. Scott was great, checking in occasionally to make sure we were OK.

The house was very spacious, with room for everyone to spread out and come together. TV's in every room on the first floor. Beautiful furniture, very nicely decorative. It was very clean. Plenty of comfortable beds, plenty of bath, beach and pool towels. Outdoor perennial gardens we're very pretty. The pool was good fun. Great location. Walk to Wakefield's Main Street for pizza, ice cream and candy shop,

Exactly as described!

We had a wonderful week at this VRBO home - it was exactly as pictured and as described. Very clean, spacious, extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen, and the host was totally and promptly responsive. Highly recommend this home.

Family vacation

This property was a wonderful for choice for a family vacation with my four adult children, their spouses and four grandchildren (ages 5, 3, 3 and 1) The pool was a great hit and being able to walk to pubs and coffee shops and ice cream was awesome! Scott is a wonderful host! Highly recommended!

Wow, what a marvelously restored gem!

This place is perfect! I mean, bring the whole family because it is HUGE! The priest de resistance is the swimming pool. You may think you want to spend your whole time at the beach, but this pool is perfect for Marco Polo or jackknife splash competition !

Great Property and Communication by owner

We brought our HS girls swim team to the area to train for the week. The house was perfect for us. The space allowed us all to be comfortable and cook all our meals. The backyard allowed us to both relax and get some extra training sessions in. The owner was very easy to communicate with us and very welcoming of our group. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day!

RI Family Vacation

Traveling from MI our family of 15 had a marvelous time. Plenty of room to spread out, the pool just added to our wonderful stay. Scott was so accommodating welcoming us into his home. Wakefield town was just down the street with lots of restaurants and stores, music playing in the streets and family friendly. Looking forward to a return visit at this property, pleasure and fun times by everyone in our family. Highly recommended!!!!!!! - Alicia

Fabulous!

House was clean and ready early for us to check in. Lots of room for everyone! Kids had their own "playroom" just for their toys/games which was great! Scott had lots of staples in the kitchen in case we didn't bring our own and even had a goodie basket waiting for us! Beautiful grounds & pool - really close to everything but far enough away to be a quiet neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a large family vacation or reunion!!

Great house

Our whole family (9 adults; 4 preschoolers) met at this great house over 2 weeks (not everyone could stay the whole time). The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. There were a couple routine maintenance issues that came up; Scott took care of them very promptly. Scott was very accessible through text and phone. We had just a wonderful time.

Relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Karen Gail. The photos in the listing don't do it justice - it's an absolutely beautiful home - the kitchen and bathrooms are stunning, there are multiple living areas for groups to gather / hang out, the outdoor space is large and the pool makes it extra special. Bedrooms are comfortable and the house is thoughtfully stocked. The hosts are lovely, responsive, and have great local recommendations. The house was a great launching spot for trips to local beaches, day trip to Block Island, Watch Hill, etc., not to mention Brickley's ice cream and SoCo bread company (amazing coffee and breakfast pastries) were just a short walk down the road. Highly recommend!

Everything you need for a family vacation!

We couldn't have been happier as we gathered from CT, MA and CA at this beautiful home that met all of our needs... the pool was the biggest hit, a HUGE pool, tons of outdoor space for games, and BBQs... walking to the ice-cream shop or bar in the evening at the easily accessible downtown, was super fun and we enjoyed that every evening. The beach is close, accessible and easy to access. The space, the cleanliness and the response of the owner were top-notch. We greatly appreciate the easy, on-going communication ensuring all of our needs were met. We can't wait to return next year!

Great family vacation

Had my children and grandchildren all together for a week stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and take breaks from each other and plenty of room for all sit together and watch a movie. The pool was fantastic for the kids and adults alike. Quick walk into the quaint little town for breakfast or ice cream. They even have outdoor concerts on Thursday nights which was a hit for all the ages. Scott was great on getting back with questions and suggestions. Definitely recommend!

Our hosts, Scott and Chastine, were wonderful and the house was fabulous. The pool was great for all, but the kids really enjoyed it. Can't wait to go back! Great area and very walkable to town.

Tons of Rooms & Pool was awesome!!

Owner was great! Immediately responds to any questions or issues and is very accommodating. House is perfect for large families. So many rooms. Not much of a beach person so the pool was perfect! Would totally recommend this property if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and a genuine host.

I totally enjoy, when my clients tell me they had the best vacation of their lives, I have owned several rental properties in the past. I can help out with so many recommendations to do.

There are not many properties available at this time of the year for Narragansett,
South Kingstown, Or Wakefield Rhode Island. Basically none.
I just purchased this home. First come first serve. I have new carpet in part of house and new paint in a lot of rooms. Just opened pool, it will be Crystal clean.
I will make every Recommendation for your family would enjoy
