This remodeled one bedroom has been totally remodeled with new appliances, granite countertops, paint, flooring, bathroom, washer & dryer, light fixtures, window treatments, 2-zone airconditioning, & more! Like new with eclectic charm & decorating. Quiet location with mostly owner occupied homes on this dead-end gravel street in the central East end of town near the Mews Cafe'. Parking is fine for small vehicle. Note that any small dog must be pre-approved by management. FRIDAY to FRIDAY rentals for 7 nights for summer of 2024. Note that the cleaning fee is a PER WEEK FEE, so booking for more than one week, additional charges will incur.

Adorable and quaint steps away from commercial Street on the east end. Very quiet, beautiful grounds. Host was very good at communication and helped us out with a big favor at the end of our trip which we are very thankful for. This is a solid spot for a week or more in Provincetown.

Great Rental!

This was a great unit for the 2 of us and our dog. Everything was as expected, easy check in, wonderful location across from Mews and easy walk across the street to the beach. The only thing missing was a private outdoor space to lounge. A great vacation week in Ptown..Thank you!

Feels like home

This was our second year. I was excited to reserve as soon as we were home year one. Location can't be beat. Coco Bean, our Shih Tzu, was reluctant to want to leave. Looking forward to booking our next visit.

Great place to stay in Ptown

This unit is a great place to stay in Ptown. Quiet spot in the east end. Probably one of the most picturesque streets too. Amazing that it has a parking spot and is pet friendly. Pictures are definitely accurate. It's a comfortable 1 bedroom unit with everything you need. Stan is easy to reach and definitely takes care of you if you need anything. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

Great Location + Modern Apartment

Apartment's location was ideal because it's tucked away from the lively and fun energy of Commercial Street. We enjoyed the numerous conveniences the rental offered: parking, dishwasher, and full kitchen. We also appreciated Stan, the property manager's quick responses to inquiries and his overall welcoming presence. We highly recommend the unit.

Cozy Cottage

The property is conveniently located among the art galleries, restaurants and shops toward the east end of Provincetown's Commercial Street. It's tucked in among beautiful year-round residences on a quiet lane off the main road, yet steps away from anywhere you'd want to be. The living room, bedroom and kitchen can comfortably accommodate two people. The in-unit washer/dryer are a plus. The property managers are quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Beautiful Hideaway

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with a getaway in Ptown. When we arrived, the door was locked and we didn’t have access to a key. Stan was quick to respond and deliver us a key. The spot was spotless and extremely charming. If you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind in bustling Ptown, this is it. I have no complaints and wish I was still there!

A wonderful getaway 💕

The property was very nice and clean and in a wonderful spot for visiting the heart of ptown everyday on foot! Our only issue was there was no spot for our dog to go potty but the public dog beach is only a couple minutes walk away so it wasn’t a big deal. Ran out of toilet paper on day 4 and the AC didn’t work in the living room but it’s okay, it wasn’t that hot out! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!!! How was easy to find and get into.

Great location and size

My partner and I stayed for a week. The first day we ran into an issue with the air conditioning, but Stan quickly addressed the problem. We found the size and facilities great. I dropped something behind the bed. When I retrieved the item it came with a lot of dust. That was our only issue.

Just Perfect

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this newly remodeled 1BR unit with a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen, nice bath, washer/dryer, AC and parking. The is charming unit with stunning hardwood floors, and windows on 4 sides providing lots of light. The location is ideal and very quiet - just a few steps set back from the galleries and shops on Commercial, right near the Mews - one of my favorite restaurants. I highly recommend staying here - it’s lovely. Working with property manager Stan was a delight. He is gracious and very responsive. I give this unit my highest recommendation.

This is a quaint and comfy place on the east end just steps from Commercial street while being tucked away on a private street. It was pet friendly, clean, comfortable, and convenient. In addition to being close to shops and galleries it was also close to the beach on the Bay side. The property manager was friendly and available. The bathroom has been updated and we had fresh towels for the long weekend. Our only suggestion is that the bedroom is especially a tight fit with an uncomfortable and very squeaky bed that needs to be replaced. Also the "Mr. Coffee" coffee pot was cute and retro but was not appealing to use. Otherwise we enjoyed our brief stay and I'm sure you will as well.

East End Charmer

This cute, recently renovated condo provided the perfect getaway for me, my partner, and our pup. Pristine condition with new, full size kitchen appliances. Quiet location just off of the bustle of Commercial St. Direct access to the bay beach. Agent Stan was a pleasure –– attentive and responsive.

Perfect solace in Ptown

A week wasn’t long enough. Our apartment was inviting and comfortable. Perfect for my partner, our Shih Tzu, and me. We were right by Commercial so we could walk everywhere. The car left our parking place (in front of our door) only once to visit Herring Cove.

Worth the $$

Quiet location, perfect size for myself or a couple. There is no cable tv, just Netflix. The birds enjoyed the hood and roof of my car so plan on a car wash immediately. I still give the property 5 stars. With everything going on in the world now, it was such a nice getaway and Stan was phenomenal

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is the perfect size for a couple. The apartment is recently remodeled and well equipped with everything I wanted during my stay (coffee maker, cooking supplies, washer/dryer). The AC was excellent, almost too cold, but in August that was appreciated. There is a parking space which makes bringing a car easy, though I didn't drive at all after arriving in Ptown. It is located on the East End, making it a short walk down Commercial street to all of Ptown's great bars and restaurants. On a personal level, the hosts were wonderful. Not at all intrusive, but attentive to make sure that I was enjoying my stay and had everything I needed. I will most certainly stay here again on my next visit!

This property has been owned by the same couple for nearly 40 years and this unit has been a yearly rental for all those years. 2021 is the first year that it's been totally remodeled and being offered as a seasonal rental. The adjoining 2 bedroom owned by the same couple has a 5-star rating on this site. This will be too soon! Note that this is Friday to Friday Rental
