Thank you for the kind words and I can appraciate your position on the master matress. The memory foam matress has received mostly positive comments but I have had others express their discontent. I will look at replacing the matress shortly. Thank you again. Chris

This was quite an interesting review. Quite frankly, it caught us a little offguard. Our washer and dryer are not very old and they were purchased specifically for our condo. We don’t put any used furniture or appliances in our condo because we don’t want to have trouble whenever we go there and certainly don’t want our guests having problems. . No one has reported any trouble, but we certainly will take a look at it. Regarding the condo being dated: we completed a bathroom remodel a few months ago and have had rave reviews. Regarding the request to strip beds and start laundry upon check out: we were guests at SeaChase for about 20 years before we purchased our first condo in 2008. They regularly requested that we strip the beds and put everything washing upon departure. Personally, we don’t really care whether you do that or not but it helps our cleaner and more importantly it helps the family that’s asking to get in early after you leave. While it’s not a requirement, it is certainly a common courtesy, and we try to accommodate everyone we can with their early check-in. We are curious as to why TVs would be unhooked. Every guest that we know of watches television, while they’re there. We’ve never really had anyone report issues, except maybe they had to change the input to find the cable box. We do appreciate you hooking the TVs back up. We are certain this is a one time event and you helped us to fix it. Many of our renters are repeaters that have been with us for years. In fact, we can say that a lot of them have become our friends. However, it’s clear that this condo was not for you. As a heads up, we also own 1102 E. We won’t expect to hear from you again.
