Perfect family vacation / gathering spot with the beach and ocean just steps away down your private beach path. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf breaking along the shoreline, but only after dining on the south-facing deck.

Recently renovated *April 2023* bathrooms, upgraded bedrooms and freshly painted.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location.

Spent five nights in this beautiful home just steps away from the Ocean. The host was just a text away and very accommodating. We loved staying on this part of the island which was short ride into town. Looking forward to reserving again when we return to Nantucket.

Perfect surf shack getaway

Going to sleep with the sound of waves crashing against the shore, sunrises and sunsets, convenience to town. What more could you want? We can't wait to come back

Girls Weekend

My group of friends and I rented this property for a long get away weekend! It was perfect! It was clean, quiet and has direct beach access. Rick was very helpful and provided all the information we needed for a relaxing weekend! The beds are soooo comfortable and the views are just gorgeous! We were able to see seals and deer during our visit. We did rent an SUV since we came in on the ferry, but it was a quick trip from the docks to the house. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a stress free relaxing time. Thank you Rick!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

What an fantastic stay for our family! This was our second Stroll and probably our 30th trip to Nantucket. This house had it all- including an incredible beach-front location. Awesome communication with the host too. We’d LOVE to rent again.

Outstanding view

What a perfect spot. Smack on the ocean, views just amazing, layout perfect for socializing and relaxing with family/friends. Even in late November, when the sun shine and temps were in 50s, you could sit outside on the deck or in lawn chairs and soak in the views and surf sounds. Wouldn’t trade this spot for being nearer to town for anything.

Great beach location

My wife and I had a great stay. The house is equipped for a comfortable stay, is very cozy and the host was very helpful and quick to respond. It's located close to the airport, beach and town, although nowhere is very far on Nantucket. The surrounding neghborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Exactly as advertised — perfect family vacation

Can’t imagine a better location. Very comfortable layout, indoors and out. Inviting common areas throughout. Very accommodating for large families. Slept an extended family of 8 + dog very comfortably. Owner is extremely accessible, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Nantucket beach home

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Nantucket home on the beach. The home is well-provisioned, and has a great fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs. The host was super-helpful and communicative. It was a very special week.

Picture Perfect

Fantastic views, location and experience. If you’re looking for the “non-tourist” Nantucket experience, look no further. Rick’s home is warm, inviting, coastal chic (in the most comfortable and lived-in of ways) and BEACHFRONT. Rent some bikes, bake some clams and enjoy beachfront R&R at its best.

Wonderful family stay

We stayed at the property while on Nantucket for a wedding. The toddlers loved the ocean view from their room, and direct access to the beach. The adults appreciated this as well as the gorgeous design and well-equipped kitchen. Rick responded to all our questions/communications promptly and clearly, We have already recommended the property to several other people, and would like to visit again ourselves!

Great home & beautiful location

Thank you so much for the incredible experience. Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children ages 5-12) thoroughly enjoyed our time in your lovely home. It was charming, cozy, decorated with all things Nantucket, and fully loaded with all the amenities. The layout was great, we loved having the kids upstairs with 3 good sized bedrooms and their own bathroom. Our favorite feature was being able to walk right down to the beach from the backyard. Lots of great memories were made for our first time on the island. We will most definitely be back. Thank you again.

A fantastic choice in Nantucket

We stayed here for an off season vacation and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and ideally located with private beach access. It's well-maintained inside and out and is away from busier town traffic. The airport is nearby but we enjoyed watching takeoffs and landings. Above all, our favorite feature of this property was the ability to bring a coffee to the beach and watch stunning sunrises over the water. Two decks at the back of the house offered quiet spaces in the sun. Contact with the owner was always a pleasure as he responded quickly and kindly each time. We can't wait to come back again.

Relaxing Beach Escape on Nantucket

We had a great stay at this home. The location was amazing right on the beach with private access. The area was quiet and relaxing. The house was perfect for our kids and dogs. Communication with the owner was exceptional. We will definitely stay again.
