400 sq foot brand new chalet (Sleeps 4)

1 bedroom (queen), located in Tiger Run Resort in Breckenridge, CO. Full kitchen and family room, electric fireplace and pull out couch. (sleeps 4).

There is a free bus from the resort to downtown Breckenridge, CO or it is a 10 minute drive.

Tiger Run is a beautifully maintained, gated resort. It has an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It also has an arcade. Each cabin is privately owned. Half the resort is cabins and half are privately owned RV spaces. Both the Swan and Blue Rivers run through the property. A stream side entrance to the Colorado Trail for hiking is found within the property!

Because it's gated, paved and relatively flat, it's great for those wanting a safe, fun, full of amenities, right in the middle of everything, but not in the center of "Condo village" feeling. It is a short drive, or 3 mile bike ride on the paved bike path along the river to "Main St" of Breckenridge, or 6 miles along the bike path to Frisco.

There are beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range! The location of the resort is ideal. Located on Highway 9, only 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, you are convenient to five world class ski areas. The free shuttle stops in front of the resort to/from Breckenridge/Frisco/Keystone, or drive to the free parking and shuttle to whichever lift you'd like. The famous bike path is across the street from the resort. The chalet itself is located very close to the club facilities, within the resort. This is a truly safe and beautiful environment to relax and enjoy!

Perfect Mountain Chalet

This chalet was perfect for my 21 yr old daughter and her friend to spend a week with us while we were at Tiger Run. Emily was very easy to work with and super accommodating! Check in/check out was so smooth and easy! Love being able to hike & bike right out of the resort!

Great little place at Tiger Run. Great location as home base for a week of mountain biking in Breck and Frisco. Host was great with communication. No issues at all.

Perfect ski trip!

We had a wonderful time here. It's located near a lot of amenities and the beautiful outdoors. It was close to the club house with the pool and hot tubs which was perfect for sore bodies trying to recover from all the outdoor activities. The tiny house was very cute and clean. It was perfect for all of our needs and had everything that we needed. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

My 24 year old son and I spent a week skiing various resorts and this location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to hit. It's not a huge place, but there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Well appointed kitchen and the hot water heater is big enough for some long, hot showers. Right around the corner from the clubhouse.

Great place to stay for small family

The cabin is a really nice place to stay. It's clean and just as described, and had everything we needed for my husband, two kids, and I. The location is wonderful - quieter than being in town, but right on the free bus line that can get you to Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper. One tip, if you don't rent a car, be sure to download the Summit Stage app and plan ahead since the buses only once an hour and ride share is a little touch and go, but if you do that it's really convenient and great not to have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this cabin overall!

As advertised. Property was well maintained. Owner was better than most in response and flexibility. Like all units the parking is micro sized. Would say its more of a 1.25 bath than 1.5.

Best Tiny home/Cabin

Our stay was amazing!! We came from MI and everything was perfect. We tent camped for 10 days in Silverton, CO for the Jeep Badge Trails. This was a nice end of our trip stay for the last trail (Holy Cross) in Vail. Emily was amazing and easy to get ahold of. Clean and we felt super safe staying there. Bonus was the loft and the community pool and arcade which our 6 year old daughter loved. Emily we can’t thank you enough and hope to be back!!!

Great spot!

We came to Breck for a concert instead of skiing so we were not so concerned about proximity to the lifts. We were given info on how to get to the lifts though and it sounded like a pretty easy trek via the bus system from this location (compared to some people that we saw staying in town walking the back streets to the lifts in ski boots - Yikes! I could feel the blisters). Was pleasantly surprised with how roomy and nice this chalet was. Updated, comfortable, easy access and although close to other units, it still felt private. Big thanks to our host! She made it easy, peasy.

Tiger Run

The unit was great. Exactly as advertised. Was nice that there were some spices and condiments already there. My one criticism would be that the owner said the bus stop was a “short walk” away. Not! I was skiing and much too far to walk in ski boots. Okay if you’re a snow boarder… Community was experiencing water issue. Owner did a good job keeping me informed of system-wide water shutoffs and boil warnings.

Clean inside/ filthy outside

This property was one of the very few in Tiger Run that was so disgusting outside. Seed pods from the trees were impacted in the cement so could not be blown off. The deck was a mess; the outside was such that we didn’t want to sit outside at all. Being outside was one of the reasons for renting here. A broom, dustpan, and fly swatter would have been helpful too. I also wondered how often the comforter on the bed was washed- it smelled weird. The place was clean inside though which we appreciated.

I’m very sorry you did not enjoy your time at my place. I had a work order into tiger run to blow/power wash the outside to get rid of the seed pods and it appears they did not get to it until after your stay. Next time I’m up there I’ll bring a broom, a dustpan and a fly swatter. Thanks for the suggestion. I have a vacuum and that’s all I typically use. I wash the comforters after every stay.

Delightful chalet

We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. The chalet was in a beautiful setting and so close to Breckenridge and Frisco, so we had many options that were easy to get to. Lovely and quiet place to stay!

Great Cabin

We are owners at Tiger Run and needed some extra space for family over the 4th and this unit was great! Perfect location and well kept unit worked out very well for us…no issues at all.

Great place

Nice little place to stay. Plenty of room for 2 people. Good location and price. The walk to the bus stop is about a 7 minute walk. There was a slight issue with the tv not working but the host was very quick to offer solutions.

Cozy Cabin/Great Location

This is a nice little cabin convinently located 10-15 mins north of Breckenridge. About 20-25 from Keystone and 30-40 to Vail all depending on snow and traffic. Views are amazing. Spot is clean, warm and private. They do a good job clearing the roads in the neighborhood too, got snow all 3 nights. I hope to come back!
