The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious, secure and completely renovated apartment! Perfectly located, it is ideal for accommodating up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, a convertible armchair for one person, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with comfortable new bedding, storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

A few minutes' walk away, you'll find cafes and gourmet spots like L'oisive Thé for a cozy brunch or coffee break, Ti Amo for a friendly Italian trattoria and Auberge de la Butte for traditional French cuisine, which are very popular with visitors. For your daily shopping, shops like Carrefour Express, Carrefour City and neighborhood grocery stores are all within walking distance for bread, fruit, wine and local products. Arriving from the Airport:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), board the RER B train toward Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and disembark at Denfert-Rochereau. A quick metro ride from there brings you to our doorstep.

If you're flying into Orly Airport (ORY), take the Orlyval light train to Antony, then transfer to the RER B toward Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, stopping at Denfert-Rochereau for onward travel.



Public Transport Convenience:

Metro: Place d'Italie station, serving Lines 5, 6, and 7, is just a stone's throw away, granting you easy access to all corners of Paris.

Bus Network: Explore Paris at your own pace with various bus lines crisscrossing the area. Look out for Bus 27, 47, and 83 for convenient connections.

Included Services:

We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort, along with professional housekeeping upon your arrival and departure.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you need a cot or high chair, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, we do not provide baby linen.



Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest.. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.

Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are observed.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet, as excessive noise may result in deposit deductions. Please note ongoing building renovations nearby, which may cause occasional daytime noise.



Internet Etiquette:

Avoid unauthorized use of the internet for copyrighted material or prohibited websites. Telecom operator malfunctions are not our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography:

Photo shoots, filming, or commercial use require prior approval. Contact us for rates and permissions.



Minimum Age Requirement:

Reservations must be made by individuals aged 21 or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
