Recently remodeled, well-maintained Cape Cod-style home. Newly remodeled bathrooms and new flooring throughout (2020). Beachside location. Steps from the beach. Perfect for one or multiple families. A master bedroom on each floor with king beds. Downstairs also has a room with two queens. Upstairs has a bunk room with two bunk beds. Stylishly and comfortably furnished. Bright and open kitchen/living/dining area with beautiful beach views. Fully-equipped island kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout downstairs. Washer/Dryer on the ground floor. Wi-Fi. Table dining for 16, plus 3 at island counter. Gated porch great for kids and dogs. Outdoor shower. Quiet, family-oriented beach. This was a beautiful property that met all of our needs! Will be returning! Bring bug spray if you plan on being outside after dark! The mosquitos are vicious lol nothing the house can do about that though!

We have thoroughly enjoyed this property and have stayed at the same house a couple of years. Eric is super helpful and response quickly. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved this beach house! The location was perfect for walking to the beach! The house was very clean and Eric was very responsive to our needs and questions! The upstairs bedrooms were very cold as all the other reviews had stated! We love being cold at night so that didn’t bother us! The house was well stocked in the kitchen. There were tons of beach toys for little kids provided as well as some beach chairs! The fridge didn’t stay very cold for long periods of time and took awhile to cool but Eric had addressed that with us. We will definitely stay at this beach house again & highly recommend it!

The home was very clean and well stocked. Loved the proximity to the beach and the view from porch was beautiful. The kitchen appears to be fairly newly remodeled and very functional to use. We had a large crew with us (10 total). We had some needs to which we reached out to Eric and he was quick to respond. Overall, a great place to stay with family and friends. We all had plenty of space to roam.

Expected way more for the price and based on past reviews. Location was really good. Nice and close to the beach. House and furniture were run down. The king Beds were old and squeaky. Bad smell throughout the house. The outside patio and furniture was one of the best things about the house…very nice. All in all, we enjoyed our visit with the family.

The view is top notch. The beach is literally steps from the house. There are no ugly dunes to cross over. The house is stocked well with towels, dishes, etc. They have box fans available for the bedrooms. The air conditioner is fantastic, kept the house cool. They had 1 roll of paper towels, several trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, hand soap at all sinks, and travel shampoo/conditioner in the showers. I've rented homes that don't have these things, so it was very nice. The driveway only fits 2 cars, but you can park along the street. There is a Dollar General nearby. Marios Pizza is 3 mins away and has excellent pizza. I highly recommend the Bianca Pizza. We drove 15 mins to Doc Hollidays Roadhouse for dinner - great food, large portions! The house was clean, cute and the location is absolutely perfect. There are missing hurricane brackets under the house. Hopefully, they can get those installed soon.

The check in was super easy and the host was extremely responsive when asked about anything. We were comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much. The furnishing in the living room left some to be desired, it was not like what was pictured in the online photos. There were no legs on the sofas so they were extremely low and there were no rugs anywhere to help with tracking sand and deadening some of the echo in the house. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, just needed some little things like rugs, maybe a broom to help sweep up sand. I would recommend Pelican Point, the location is superb.

The beach house is absolutely beautiful! It was clean, the parking was convenient, and the ocean view was truly spectacular. The location couldn’t be better (beachfront), and the host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. Distance to Seawall Blvd and the Strand is close. It took less than 30 minutes! My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the pots provided, as they weren’t very usable. Other than that everything was wonderful! I would rent again. Highly recommend.

Perfect location - no cars allowed on the beach, and the house is just steps away from the sand. The views from the deck and the main parts of the house are unmatched. The house has been updated since the photos were taken and the whole house is bright, white and cheery - no crazy colors. The kitchen is brand new and well-stocked for those who like to cook! We found everything we needed and were very comfortable. We’ll be back!!

We love staying here. Perfectly spacious and amazing location. Neighborhood is quiet with perfect beach access. Home is the most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The newly updated kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We will keep coming back for sure!

Great House with Easy Beach Access

This house is essentially on the beach. We had 7 kids and it was easy for them to get to the beach and for us to watch them from the house. The house had lots of sand toys and great shade on the porch. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Family weekend

We were pleased with the close location to the beach and to town. The AC worked very well - especially upstairs. We figured out the Chromecast after a little bit and it worked well. We were disappointed with the overall care of the property. Kitchen had been remodeled from the online pictures and the new stove worked well. However the utensils were sparse- only 1 spoon - and the cookware was limited. The furniture and decoration was different from the online listing photos. There were no curtains on the windows. The couches appeared to have had their legs removed so they sat directly on the floor which made them quite low. Knobs and handles on some of the furniture was missing. The property was a good location for the event we attended over the weekend but we felt like the house preparation for visitors could have been stepped up a bit.

We loved the location and the house layout worked great. We had a few issues that we plan to address with the owner/manager, all of which will surely be corrected for future renters. We would definitely rent again.

The house was great, but needed a little maintenance. The Adirondack chairs on ground level were falling apart, but chairs on deck were plentiful and great. There was a funky smell in the cabinets in the kitchen. The dishwasher might need a little check up. It was running when we arrived, but seemed to not fully go through the cycle and we couldn't cancel. The front door described in other reviews still has an issue. The upstairs shower stall is narrow, but it worked. We will be returning to this home.
