With multiple pristine beaches just a short drive away, it's the perfect vacation getaway, with sunsets over the water you just can't miss out on. It's only a quick drive to Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis and many other world class beaches.
Also a short walk away is the beautiful South Venice Lemon Bay Preserve, a 222-acre bird sanctuary preserve offering more than 8 miles of scenic trails, a great way to start your morning. Or, if you're not a nature person, historic downtown Venice is only a 15-minute drive away. Offering stunning shops and restaurants, it makes a great way to rewind, relax, and enjoy a beautiful South Florida evening.
This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home can accommodate up to 6 guests and is yours to unwind and relax in.
Our home is fully furnished, with new and beautiful appliances and furniture.
It has a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This was the perfect rental for our getaway of two families. The house was well-equipped with great amenities that made us feel right at home. The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with so many friendly people. GPS was definitely needed to find our way in and out of the neighborhood though. Communication with the host was seamless, as they responded to our few questions very quickly.

The house/yard/pool are all just as described in the add! The only reason for the 4 stars on the location is it is "back" in a neighborhood and a little bit of a challenge at first to figure out how to get around/out if it. This is NOT a complaint at all, just a heads up if you're gonna be on the road a lot as we were. The house is as described BIG...the pool is perfect, there are plenty of play things in the garage for the pool/beach! We would return to this location.

Relaxing in Venice FL

Came down for annual visit to Grandpa - much nicer than our usual hotel/condo rental. Loved the private pool and all the amenities. First class experience. Bonnie was fantastic to work with! Thank you!

Quite neighborhood

Very comfortable home that is only a 7 minute drive to a beach with free parking and lots of shark teeth! Kids loved finding shark teeth and swimming in the pool.

Really Great House

My wife and I are experienced travelers. We rate this property as one of the best we have stayed in. The couches not only look good they are comfortable and plenty of seating to watch TV. The photos in the listing are bang on, what a gorgeous place. In our opinion, this is an upscale property. The toilet seats are even soft close. In short, the property is well maintained, pool service once a week, and any questions we had the owner answered quickly. Five stars everywhere.

A Fantastic Home Away From Home

We could not have been more comfortable for the month of February! This location was close to Detwiler's (our favorite market) and Shamrock Trail, great for our morning walk. (This trail goes all the way to Sarasota!) We were able to drive to Manasota Beach by zigzagging through the neighborhood! The Lanai provided a lovely spot to rest after a day of adventures. It was a bit chilly for using the pool, but it was very inviting. Finally, it was very easy to contact the owner and receive feedback when necessary. This is a great place to consider when staying in South Venice!

Great stay

We are from KC and experienced of first tropical storm/ hurricane. The house was secure and we experienced no trouble whatsoever. The home was exactly as described and very nice. There wasn’t anything lacking and we appreciated the beach supplies available in the garage.

Outstanding villa in South Venice

Only 6 minute drive to peaceful Manasota Beach. Very spacious house with quality equipments, great lanai with pool, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Beach towels, chairs, toys provided… perfect for a family! Bonnie, the owner, always super responsive. Probably the best house we ever rented in the area.

Disappointing

House and design lovely. Comfortable beds, nice outdoor area. However, pool was cold too cold to swim, despite being advertised as a heated pool. Malfunctioning heater was not addressed in a timely manner. A request for partial refund was ignored. We were required to pay a year in advance so we met our commitment. I even contacted her specifying the importance of a warm pool a head of time. Owner said it would be 82 and it was 74 for 6 of our 7 day holiday. I swam across the pool and got out way too cold despite warm beautiful days. Constant refilling of the pool was required thus keeping the pool cold. Road side fence gate was broken and we had to fix the gates on the fence for security and privacy and when we arrived 2 doors of the house had been left open. Make sure you understand how the door code works as it is temperamental . Communication with host was disappointing as she was dismissive of our concerns . VRBO was informed and to date no response. I feel that the price of a VRBO rental is higher for a home with a pool and we did not get one we could use. We might as well have rented a cheaper house. I have spoken to other VRBO renters and they were compensated for the inconvenience. VRBO said they may be able to compensate us. To date “crickets “and we are not satisfied.

Enjoyed our stay

Out family of 4 was very comfortable here. We drove most days to the Manasota beach that was only 5 min away with free parking. We tried a couple other beaches also but luckily liked this closer one the best. It was fun to look for shark teeth and walk the beach. The garage had all the chairs and skimmers needed for the beach. We sat outside every night in the outdoor seating by the pool.

Venice stay

The only thing we were really close to was Manasota Beach. This was a very nice beach. I thought we would be closer to things, but it was not a bad drive to restaurants and shopping. Downtown was a distance. The house, furnishings, landscaping and beds were all great!

Vilia Venice stay

We were a group of six, grandparents, parents, and children. The house met all our needs. The heated pool was wonderful. The local beach was a 5 minute drive away. There was a surfeit of beach towels. For trips to the beach we had beach chairs, several umbrellas, some sand toys and two boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked. Bonnie was a fantastic host. She was quickly responded to any concerns we had. The house was in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to the local supermarket.

First time to Venice

Two Dads - Two Daughters. My friend and I brought our 12 yr old daughters down to Venice from Minnesota to compete at Fox Lea Equestrian Center for the long weekend. Staying at this beautiful home rather than a motel for five days made the trip extremely comfortable. The girls loved it. The home was very clean and we all felt like we were staying with family. The owner was so easy to communicate with - very supportive with every step. We will come back!

Beautiful home in Venice!

Our family (4 adults) stayed at this home in Venice for 10 nights. This home exceeded our expectations. It's more spacious than the pictures show in the listing. It's in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and only a few minutes drive to restaurants, downtown Venice and the beaches. Bonnie's home is super clean, well maintained and she is a great host. We will book this home the next time we are in Venice!

Christmas vacation
