Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, except for one locked owner’s cabinet located in the garage.

• Due to high humidity and the home’s location in a hurricane zone, all windows and bedroom lanai doors are permanently locked and cannot be opened under any circumstances. No exceptions.
• The property is equipped with exterior video surveillance for safety purposes only:
• Video doorbell monitoring the front entrance
• Two exterior cameras monitoring the pool/water equipment on both sides of the house (24/7)
• One camera above the garage monitoring the driveway and front yard
• No cameras inside the house — your privacy is fully respected
