Salty Luxe is a Navarre vacation rental located in the highly desirable Summerwind Condominiums Resort. This stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the spacious wrap around balcony on the 2nd floor. Enjoy convenient private beach access and the (3) Summerwind private pools and (3) hot tubs on the property! Salty Luxe is the perfect location for your next Navarre Beach vacation.

The interior spaces of Salty Luxe have been recently professionally decorated. An open floor plan gives your group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the 65" flat-screen. The beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for dining and entertaining all 6 guests comfortably while taking in spectacular views. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you will need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible views with private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, new flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and bathroom.

All furniture, mattresses, and linens purchased new in 2021.

2nd floor unit has elevator access and stairs for convenience!

Complimentary Beach Service Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for stays between March 1 to October 31. Not available Nov - February

This was our second stay in Salty Luxe. The condo was clean, comfortable and great location to the pool and beach. Our hosts are always easy to contact and quick to respond. We continue to plan our vacations around this property.

Calm clean and peaceful. Only issue is the master tub has a dripping faucet and a malfunctioning drain stopper. Would definitely stay here again!

Arrived at condo to find housekeeping had not cleaned after previous residents yet. Sent message to host and he called within 5 mins to correct the situation. Had housekeeping team there within 20 mins. and place was sparkling clean within 2 hours. We used time to grocery shop and familiarize ourselves with the area. When we arrived back at condo, they were still cleaning and scrubbing everything. So we hung out on the very roomy balcony while they finished.Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and neat. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space to store clothes and personal items. Living room had 2 large sofas and 2 chairs, perfect for 6 ladies. Kitchen was clean and had all the items we needed to cook for 4 night stay and a large dining table with seating for 6. All appliances appeared to be new.The balcony was roomy, had a good view of everything and was quiet. I watched the pool staff take water samples from each pool before treating it, which is important. Pools were clean and well maintained. Padio areas were roomy with plenty of areas to relax without being crowded by others. Elevators were quick. Plenty of luggage carts. No trouble parking near condo. Shopping is less than a mile away. Restaurant in walking distance. Beach had lifeguards and was clean. Located right next to pier.I would stay there again as the host was VERY responsive before and during our stay, and the condo was nice.

Beautiful condo! Lovely view of the beach. Walkable to local restaurants and easy access to get across the bridge in Navarre. Great pools and boardwalk to the beach. The condo had great appliances and our stay was great! Would love to stay here again!

Check in was smooth and easy! We arrived a little before check in time and the host let us check in early! All the amenities were very nice! Loved the view and easy access to the pools and beach! Overall very happy with our stay! No complaints!

Excellent location

Condo is in a great location. Easy walk to several restaurants and of course the pier. Condo was clean and looked exactly like pictures in listing. Check in was easy and owners were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back to this property.

Our 4th of July Stay!

Location is awesome! Having the pier, beach and pool and some restaurants within short walking distance was so nice and convenient! Being on the 2nd floor was nice if we didn’t want to wait for elevator (which was hardly ever an issue) we could just take stairs which were conveniently located by condo door.The condo was clean and neat for our arrival, but I would say a deep clean is due.The space in the condo was so nice to have with a family of 5 and all that we packed.Kitchen had basic needs, but I have stayed atother rentals that offered more/updated cook ware. But we made due with what was there just fine.Our trip was during the Fourth of July and being able to sit at the balcony during the fireworks that were displayed at the pier was amazing! Not having to worry about traffic but sitting back and relaxing watching them was a 10/10! Thank you for letting us stay at the Salty Luxe! It will be a vacation we will always remember with great memories!

Our stay was wonderful, the only issue we had was thinking we had one set of beach chairs for the week, and only having two parking passes, but completely understand the need for the maximum number of passes. Great vacation!

Our stay in Navarre was perfect. The unit had everything we could need for a week long family vacation. Decor was beautiful and the resort was very clean and safe. Security patrolling the boardwalk and pool area was a bonus. Needed some assistance with parking passes and the host responded within minutes! Kitchen was well stocked and there is a Publix and Walmart just down the road. Located next to the pier, and had lifeguards on the beach. Thanks for a great stay! We made so many memories and enjoyed every aspect of the unit.

Family/Spring Break Vacation

My family and I had a really great time staying here. You are super close to the beach, the rooms were spacious, clean and the overall property was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and enough room for our family of 6 (one being under 2). You do need to wear your wristbands when on the pool deck/boardwalk to beach so make sure to always wear them. The only improvement I thought the place needed was the vents near the ceilings needed cleaning, but that was the only thing and honestly that’s really to miss when cleaning. We hope to come back next year!!

Amazing Accomodations

This was a phenomenal trip. The host was so amazing and their condo was the best we’ve stayed at. Will definitely be staying here again! Beach was beautiful- a little chilly and windy but it was worth it.

A beautiful and CLEAN condo

As a former house cleaner, I was quite impressed with how clean this condo is. Even the baseboards are clean! It is a lovely unit with all the basic necessities, plus many extra items to help you feel right at home. Comfortable beds. A beautiful view. Quiet. Family friendly. I highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Excellent fall adventure

The Salty Luxe was a very clean and lovely condo. The location is excellent since its right on Navarre Beach. However, it needs more washcloths and a couple throws, because we had buy them ourselves. Also, the mold in the bathrooms needs to be addressed.

Amazing vacation

An absolutely amazing vacation! Condo was exactly as advertised , beautiful, clean and the view was breathtaking. Our hosts, Jeff and Chrissy were very friendly and answered our questions promptly. We will be back next year!
