Imagine sitting on your lanai and enjoying the serenity of the mature landscaped garden areas with a large water feature with colorful koi. Just a short distance to the pool, barbeque and cabana. There is a large grassy area with plenty of space to lounge, relax and marvel at the ocean, glorious sunsets, whale watching in season, turtles and dolphins. Paki Maui is centrally located in West Maui. Just minutes from Whaler's Village, Lahaina, Kapalua and the West Maui Airport.

The property is 1970 so its a nice change.location is nice close to stores been coming for a few years and still havent fixed the steps to the beach and bed sucks in room other tban that its Hawaii so it was fantastic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and the deck over the garden and fountain. The sound of it is very peaceful. We used the pool and hot tub a lot and the grassy area with the ocean view was great. Would stay again

Had Some Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had plenty of communication before our arrival, but once we got there, crickets. The day we arrived I received an email stating the property was to be sprayed (interior and exterior) for pests and we were to close all windows and doors and leave the building from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The windows in the bedroom didn't close due to the cranks being stripped out. I reached out for their solution and heard nothing back, the entire 5 day stay. SO we packed our toothbrushes with us for the day and stashed all other personal items in the closet packed in our suitcase as to not get pest spray on them.I also reported all the damage and dirty dished to them, as asked to do so in our arrival instructions, again we heard nothing back. The issues: NO A/C, the cranks in the bedroom for the windows were broken, the top rack in the dishwasher was broken and it swung vertically, the smoke detector was out of date, there were exposed wires on the ceiling fan above the bed, and there was a FILTHY bowl and plate in the cupboard. I promptly took photos and sent them to the property manager. The location was great, next to a cute park and right on the water. The property itself was nice, with a jungle-esk courtyard. Overall, I would recommend this place as just a place to sleep, not necessarily spend a ton of time at.

Perfect spot in Maui

The Paki Maui is a great place for anyone traveling to Maui. The location is great with proximity to beaches, restaurants and plenty to do. The back area is the perfect place to watch the sunset at night. The fish market across the street has the freshest fish around. The place is just as listed and has everything you need for a stay.

Unit as described in description. With no air conditioning open the front door and the sliding door to get a good airflow. We had issues with the WiFi and had to go to the property manager location to tell them of the problems as we had no phone. Realized afterwards that the unit has a land line. Repair was quick. Also the garburator wasn’t working and we had to request repair which was done the next day. Unfortunate that the property hasn’t repaired to stairs to the beach area.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no shower in my unit. After several calls I made to Chasenrainbows with no response, I finally had to drive to their office to obtain a shower curtain. Very poor service!

Reviewer Comments: I originally had a one-bedroom oceanfront view condo, and it was canceled for no apparent reason. I was moved to a two-bedroom partial ocean view for the same price without any notification. I canceled this room and moved to a garden view one-bedroom condo. When we arrived, they were supposed to email me the door code, but they never sent the code so I had to follow up with another company to get a contact for the door code. The condo was not clean. The shower had hair in it. Floors were not vacuumed or cleaned.
