The host was very nice and communicative. I am not a picky person and rarely leave a bad review, but there were enough issues here to warrant this. I gave 3 stars primarily due to the quality of the interior. 4 of us were there and we all agreed it felt like the place was decorated for a college dorm room. Family room: the 2 leather chairs were nice but both sofas need to be replaced. Very low quality and one has a cloth cover on it because the underlying sofa is peeling off. Table: The kitchen table looks like it was in a flood. The wood is raised and flaking. The chairs around the the table do not match. Kitchen: The kitchen is ok. The main microwave is broken so they have a low quality one on the counter. This was not mentioned in the property description. Limited cooking pots and pans. And the Tupperware tops and lids do not match each other. Grill: the grill area needs some attention. The grilling surface was clean but the overall area was covered in grease overflow. I am guessing the drip pan has not been emptied in a long time and the grease drips on the ground. You can smell it when you walk onto the back porch. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable but again I would say the decorating needs improvement to charge the rates they are asking. There is a hole in the wall in the master bath where a towel hook used to be. 3 of the 4 can lights were out in the master and the batteries in 2 of the 3 bedroom fan remotes were dead.

Lovely House

Our family stayed for 2 weeks. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location in a cul de sac. Very close to the beach and several restaurants. We made some great family memories here.

Great location in quiet cul de sac

Would highly reccomend this house for a latge family. Golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas made getting to and from the beach easy.

Beautiful home in great location. Very close to everything. Even came with a golf cart that we used to get around in more than we used our vehicle. A+

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the owner. They were very personable and quick to respond with questions. The house is in a perfect location to the beach and the house is furnished with everything you’d need for the stay. We will be back.

Awesome Stay!

This place was the perfect space and location for our trip. We had two families (plus a dog) and the home had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It is in a quiet and gated community making it a relaxing retreat. It was clean and the host was very responsive. We would stay again! I recommend heading to Henderson State Park for beach pictures and Dewey Destin Harborside for seafood.

This home was so beautiful we will definitely book our next stay here too! It was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the essentials we needed. It was so spacious too! The golf cart was such a nice bonus. The BEST host you could of ever asked for!!

The house was wonderful!

1st time booking a house and what a great experience! The house was just as pictured and perfect for our group. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. No complaints here I would definitely book this house again.

Communication was excellent, Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable, Kitchen was very good. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable.Outside patio was very disappointing. Basically was unusable. Furniture was dirty and torn. They did offer to send someone out to clean it but we didn't want to deal with that inconvenience to our time there. Cleaners need to do a better job cleaning

Beach vaca with the grandkids

We all loved this place! It was so easy to use the golf cart to shuttle the kids to the beach, just a few short blocks away. The host was extremely responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very private and secure neighborhood !

Family long weekend

Property was a great fit for our group with plenty of room. Owner communicated well with questions or minor issues. Location was good but traffic getting in & out of subdivision was not the best.
