With a prime location within the 800-acre Shipyard Plantation, this condo at Evian Villas provides a beautiful, relaxing, quintessential experience on Hilton Head Island. Here in the midst of the Shipyard Golf Course and its many lagoons and ponds, you'll have access to a community swimming pool only 50 yards away, a number of nearby restaurants and boutiques, and the open sand of Shipyard Beach just over half a mile east.

Ascend one flight of stairs to reach this second-floor condo, where you'll be greeted by updated flooring (wood, vinyl-plank, and ceramic tile) and a naturally lit layout that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. Use the convenient office nook to set up your laptop and log onto the high-speed WiFi, or relax after a day spent at the beach by watching a favorite movie on the large flatscreen cable TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, granite countertops, and a two-sided breakfast bar. There's additional seating in the adjacent dining room and outside on the canopy-covered balcony.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, stylish updates in the two bathrooms, and a five-acre pond on the property that welcomes catch-and-release fishing.

Great getaway with teens and dogs

We were grateful to find this pet friendly property for our family of five. Loved the bike trails, pickle ball and pool. The one beach access was pretty crowded but we also were here during the busiest week of the year (July 4th). Thanks, Vacasa, for another great vacation!

Wonderful!

We love HHI and have stayed in many condos. This one was very comfortable and spacious and was in a great location. Nice and quiet yet scenic. Close to the pool and to the beach. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We have always loved shipyard location and EVIAN 160 didn’t disappoint!! Great condo we loved sitting on the deck in the morning to watch the alligators and birds while we was drinking coffee!!

Great location in shipyard

This unit is a second story unit in Shipyard. It’s an end unit and is quiet. Short walk to pool and 5 min bike ride to beach. There are some cosmetic things that could be improved (blinds broken, oven door handle broken, window panel grates broken), but beds, furniture were good.

Family Trip to Hilton Head

Overall the trip was great!! Only two slightly negative things to mention but they did not ruin the trip. One, we showed up about 4:10pm on the day we were supposed to check-in and they were still cleaning the property. Second, the owner of the property below was very rude, by costantly blowing her horn and setting off her car alarm because my brother's dogs would bark. When she did this, it made the dogs bark even more. This happened more than one time and more than one day.

Villa 160

Updated Villa with nice decore. Layout was good. Development was lovely. Needed TLC….broken shades, missing appliance parts, and filthy porch that needed power washing. Richard, Operational manager, was superb! Professional, supportive and very helpful. Vacasa is lucky to have him!

Great home!

This was a great place to stay for a few days! Lovely view of the lagoon and a bit of golf course behind it. Big, open living & dining area. Large bedrooms. Most things we needed were there like an extra blanket and a toaster. They had a really nice touch with the built-in shelves stocked with a library-style book trade and a ton of puzzles, plus a big drawer with crayons and markers and playing cards, etc. It’s in a quiet section of an already quiet neighborhood. A big set of slightly-narrow steps to get into the condo: fyi for people who have trouble with stairs. We would absolutely stay here again!

Happy and rested

The condo was perfect,loved the beautiful setting! The alligators,turtles. And large variety of birds were so enjoyable to watch just sitting out on the balcony. Pool Was perfect,loveded swimming in the warm water.

Nice place, needs updating

My husband, dog and I stayed for the month of April. Nice, large place with comfortable beds and lots of natural light. Living and kitchen furniture is pretty comfortable. Kitchen is not that well stocked but had enough for us. Needs carpet cleaning and underneath furniture. Needs updating in that there are 5 different kinds of flooring, furniture and curtains are all mismatched. Ceiling has cracks and some water damage. Deck needs staining and sanding. None of these things are make or break and we were comfortable but it needs some TLC.

Great unit

Nice relaxing unit to stay in. The layout is great and the location of the unit is nice. There’s some wear and tear of the furniture, so you can tell it’s been rented out a lot. Otherwise clean as can be expected and enjoyable stay.

Great Location - Villa Deceiving and Disappointing

My wife and I come to HH twice a year and were excited to stay in the Evian area for the first time as we typically stay in Shipyard complex but never rented a villa in Evian. The villa was old, outdated and in rough condition and we were extremely disappointed. The villa was dirty as day one our feet were Black from walking in the property and the overall property had an un-clean feeling as the HVAC vents were dirty, picture tops and frames had Black grime on them and there were dust webs in the corners and hanging from the ceiling. The ceiling had dozens of water damage marks and plaster cracked and ready to fall in most areas of the property, especially the master bedroom. On our first day there were ants all over the kitchen counters that we needed to call maintenance to get traps and spray. We also were awoken by construction under the deck at 08:00am as there was a concrete contractor there. In speaking to the contractor as I was shocked by the noise he said they were told the property was not rented and they could work this week, obvious mis-communication. The location is great but in our opinion the unit is not in a condition to be rented or there should be a disclosure of its true condition to prepare potential renters for what they are getting.

Hilton Head...A Lovely Experience

We go to Hilton Head frequently. We've stayed in this very condo under prior owners. It's a great location with a nice kitchen, which we love because I do a lot of cooking, even on vacation. Despite what I am about to share, we would still recommend this condo...There are just some minor maintenance and housekeeping issues...the kitchen sink spay nozzle gets stuck in the on position, a few light bulbs around the condo where out, the AC probably needs to be serviced as it was not always working properly and made a lot of noise. The master bedroom needs darker shades to keep out the light as it get way too bright in there for a good vacation nap and the master bedroom mattress is very hard. We had to put some blankets under the mattress cover to soften it. When we first arrived, the condo smelled great, like it had had a good cleaning but upon closer inspection there was a lot of dust, cob webs in the dining room light fixture and there was quite a bit of sand under the furniture. These are all things that can be easily fixed. The condo is remodeled but clearly gets a lot of use because you can see its wear and tear much more than the last time we stayed there. The balcony is GREAT...always a nice breeze, overlooking the lagoon and is furnished nicely. Vacasa is very easy to use for booking...We'd stay there again!

Lovely unit, great BRs, great for the little dog

We were wowed by this unit, which Vacasa moved us into when our original rental underwent construction unexpectedly. Lovely golf course/tennis court location. Wonderfully furnished. Could definitely use a tutorial for the TVs however. The wifi password that Vacasa had was incorrect. The TVs are internet connected and all 3 are different but eventually we found the correct password and worked it all out. Location is a short drive from Coligny Circle and a few minutes longer to the beach from our prior setting, but handy to tennis and the pool. Really it's just a gorgeous setting that is surprisingly close to town. Middle of golf course development. Watched the birds (and gator) in the slough behind our unit, which sat adjacent to a fairway. Loved the end of the week we got to stay here and would truly come back.

Great Condo
