Amazing Week!

This place was immaculate! It had all the necessary cooling equipment, plenty of towels, even beach chairs , umbrella and wagon! We loved it! The beaches were beautiful and plenty to do ! Historic district is just a quick 15 min drive, but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely go back.

Perfect for family

This is a beautiful condo. We have stayed at this complex before but first time staying here at this condo. Everything you need is available. Really clean and updated which is really nice. They have thought of everything from kitchen utensils, to beach buggy and even toys for kids. Layout is perfect for families. Enjoyed dinner with family and playing cards and games. Perfect location so close to town, and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, quiet, relaxing, and had a great air conditioner. The grounds are also very nice, the pool and gym were nice, and the unit is close to the pier, nice beaches, stores, and downtown St. Augustine. As others have said, the couch was too soft for us to comfortably watch TV, but that was minor. Another minor item - the blinds on the rear windows stick in position if you raise them, so only raise them if you know what you are doing. We loved this place and would stay again.

Spring Break

Awesome location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Island Donuts and Conehead Ice cream shops were especially enjoyed. Condo was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Couch could use replacing. No tears or worn spots but you sink into it and it is hard to get off of it. Other than that, everything was great.

Great beach condo!

We were quite satisfied with our condo. It was beautiful and roomy. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. I do have a complaint about the shower in the master bath. The shower head's water pressure was so low it would hardly rinse the soap off you let alone washing shampoo out of your hair. The kitchen was stocked with top of the line dinnerware, pans and appliances. The living room was great with a beautiful view of the lake on the interior of the property. The couch needs to be replaced as it is quite broken down. My complaints in my opinion are minor and we really enjoyed staying at this condo and would recommend to our friends.

Quiet and Close to the Beach

Property was very clean and well maintained. The location is one block or 400 steps from the beach. Good walking distance from restaurants, ice cream, donuts, and points to get on the trolley. The location even has elevators. We plan to vacation at this site again.

Propert grounds are beautiful! Love the pond in the middle. Condo was very nice. Only difference in the online ad is that it says it has a screened in balcony. It does not.

Fantastic condo near the beach

Our long weekend was was fantastic! This place is prefect for a girls trip. The beach was within walking distance. Great restaurants were within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Location! Location! Location!

Traveling to attend a wedding at nearby Anastasia Island State Park, this rental was perfect for our family: close to the park, very close to the beach (across the street), restaurants within walking distance, and a quick ride across the bridge to old town. Accommodations are well appointed, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.

Great location and wonderful community

This condo was fantastic. It was in a great location. It was very quiet and the property was immaculate. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The food in the area was amazing. We never had anything that wasn’t worth the money. We felt very safe and everyone was so friendly in the community. We would definitely stay here again. On a side note...if you happen to lose your glasses in the ocean check out Anastasia Eye Associates. They were able to make my dad his prescription bifocals in less than 2 hours.

Great location close to everything but quiet too. Take a drive south on A1A to public beach in Marineland for great and different beach w/facilities.

Great Place to Relax

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It contained nearly all the amenities you might need, especially in the kitchen. There were only two of us here during this stay, but the unit could easily accommodate several more people (i.e. two bedrooms with single large beds and one bedroom with two smaller beds) if needed. The master bathroom was excellent. The pool area was nice and was used by us nearly every day. The beach is 1.5 blocks away. There are several very good restaurants within either walking distance or a short drive. The parking lot is a little limited. Easy drive into old St. Augustine for sight-seeing. Highly recommended!

a great time away...

our visit to St. Augustine Beach was a first and it was great. not super commercialized and busy like other beach areas in Fl we have been to. this property is right across the street from the Beach - with easy walking and accessibility. also - why I loved staying here was because there were many restaurants and a few shops, all within a short walking distance - so we didn't have to drive anywhere if we didn't want to for a bite to eat. being on the 3rd floor we had great views and it was quiet and relaxing. the amenities were updated and very clean and a great size for a family of 4 to stay in. master bath was excellent. i loved staying here and hope to visit again in the future. if you are a family with small children or teens, this place can do both - a great family getaway. while we didn't do a lot of site seeing (only a trip into St. Augustine) there is plenty to do and see if you want to do that.
