Perfect for family

Spacious, comfortable beds and furniture. Great location and just short walk to beach. Only downside for us was WiFi signal.

St augustine

This place was good, but pricey. Many rules that made you uncomfortable to relax. Elevator was not near, nor pool. Doubt if I'll be back, but i do love the area &st augustine. Every restaurant we ate at was extraordinary, convience of trolley bus was great. There was no one at condo to contact for problems like cars in wrong place & a dirty diaper, with feces floating in pool after we were in.

Perfect family vacation

Our vacation was amazing! The condo was spotless and beautiful when we arrived. The location is perfect- just a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants. We definitely hope to return!

Property was well maintained. Condo was spacious and clean and the locations is great. Only downside is very poor internet connection and the beach chairs need to be updated. We had a pleasant stay.

Great location

Condo was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The property was clean & spacious and the kitchen well stocked. The property manager was helpful and easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Great location

Close to beach, ice cream, restaurants and the beach trolley. Short drive to lighthouse and downtown . This is the fourth time I've rented a condo and the first time there wasn't a roll of extra toilet paper or an extra garbage bag. Had to buy both on the first day. Left the extra for the next people. Dead batteries in one remote, no batteries in a another. No WiFi for three days. Seriously uncomfortable twin beds in one room. I would stay in the complex again but in a different unit.

Great location!

Condo is in a great location and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, a crockpot (which was great to have), and even some everyday spices. We enjoyed game night every night we were there with plenty of space on the family sized dining table. It felt like a home away from home to us! I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to St. Augustine!

Best 3 bdrm rental we've found on STA Beach!

Simply a fantastic unit- nice corner unit so you have extra windows to fill the living space. The kitchen was more than full equipped (don't bring coffee filters because there's a billion in the cabinet), the spare bedrooms were perfect for our kids (4 and 2 yo), their bathroom also had a removable showerhead which makes rinsing them off a breeze. The living room that overlooks the pool is suuuuper nice, nice clean leather furniture with a nice tv to keep everyone entertained between trips into town, the pool, and the beach. The master is really nice and spacious with tons of storage as well. The bed slept really well and of course I fell in love with the walk in shower. Needless to say, we were very very happy with the unit and will hopefully be returning in the future. It's located in a great spot on the beach, right across from the pier which makes the drive into town no more than 5 minutes. Really nice complex, too. Not a lot of traffic going in and out but the people you do see are very friendly. Thank you so much!

Exactly as advertized!

Great location for a beach vacation, without the much higher prices for a beachfront property. Condo and facilities all very nice. Great restaurants close by, Saint Augustine only a few miles away.

Girls turning 60

The condo was very nice and convenient for 4 young ladies to have a reunion and turning 60 birthday celebration. A short walk to the beach. Close enough the St. Augustine to enjoy the town but far enough to get out of the crowd of the town. Restaurants close by. Nice Pool and Clubhouse. This unit is a corner unit therefore has windows on back and side. The staff is very nice and want to make sure you have everything you need. I would recommend this property to anyone. I hope to visit again in the future. We had a GREAT TIME!!

Very clean, well decorated, fully equipped condo located one block from the beach (easy access to cross over A1A), near restaurants, shops, miniature golf, and more!

A lot of walking!!!!!

First, we did have plenty of room and beds were comfortable. Furnishings very nice and overall well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Larger bathroom just redone with larger walk in shower (beware the shower will splash water on floor where you must step out). It is very slick. You will slip if you do not hold on to railing or put a towel down. Not recommended for children or anyone that could fall. The walk to the beach is over the reported 300 steps. It is 200 steps from the pool to the street. If you have beach stuff and little children you better have a wagon or beach cart. When you get to the beach there is not an area that goes straight to sand. No handicap assess straight from condos on the beachside. Pool is the highlight. Very nice, clean, and good for children. The restaurants in walking distance are good. Saltlife had good food and live music at night. Harry's and Raintree downtown were good. Hurricane Patties, Kingfish, and Prohibtiion Kitchen not great, would not go back. Thanks for your hospitality and God Bless.

Awesome condo and perfect location! I especially like staying in an end unit with all of the extra windows! I've stayed at Seaside at Anastasia for many years and have enjoyed the space and design of the units. Very suitable and comfortable for six visitors (although I usually travel alone!). The amenities and overall community are lovely! St Augustine is my very favorite place to visit and I often refer to it as my second home!

Best Location EVER!

I was worried about booking this condo because of its location at the fishing Pier, but it is GREAT! Everything you could want and need is within walking distance. The Beach Bus (Trolley Tours) picks you up at the front of the community and takes you to the Historic Downtown St Augustine. The beach was clean and wide and cars can't drive on it like in South St Augustine Beach....which is wonderful with the kids so I don't have to worry so much. We found shells and even saw a turtle nest on the beach. All of the beds are comfortable and the unit has A LOT of windows! We spent most of the time in the living room playing games and watching movies (when we weren't outside having fun). The office is at the pool and the manager, Jamie, is so helpful. She even helped us plan some of our trip with what to see and where to eat. We will be coming back...hopefully next time for a much longer stay!
