This Oceanview Condominium is located on the 8th floor and offers spectacular views of the ocean from both the living room and bedroom. Relax on the long balcony with a nice cup of coffee or some down time with friends and family. This condo features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a spacious living area with Queen Sofa Bed. Enjoy the privacy of a large kitchen to make your family meals and nice dining for the full experience. Our condo also features a large pool for your enjoyment

Please note that the condominium complex is currently undergoing a balcony remodel and unfortunately the view is obstructed until 11/30/2025.

This rental has a fantastic view to wake up to every morning. Also, it felt very safe and secure with gated parking in the back and a manned front desk. I recommend this condo as a safe, affordable place to stay while visiting Galveston.

The caulk in the bath tubs is full of mold. Everything thing eles was good. The balcony was full of bird poo. I know its hard to keep clean, but it would have been nice if it would have been cleaned up for check in. We would definitely book this room again.

The dining room and living room furniture is different from what is pictured. It was really nice and comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated and very beachy. The beds were very comfortable and soft. Location was great. If you park in the back of the building they close the gates from midnight to 6am which we really liked. If you need to get in or out the front desk is staffed 24/7 and you just call them to let you in or out. Parking was a few dollars more than what was listed. Checkout was confusing, I don’t think we had any instructions on checking out. As far as I know there was nothing to do to check out. When we arrived there were crumbs on the coffee table and end tables. One of the TV remotes was incredibly sticky. The balcony was covered in seagull poop to the point we couldn’t even step out without stepping in it. I called the contact number and within 2 hours someone was there to clean it. Very pleased with how responsive they were. The condo itself is fairly nice. We loved it and found it very comfortable.

However, due to the high presence of birds and seagulls in the area, it can sometimes become messy again quickly. That said, if we had been notified during your stay, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team out right away to take care of it for you. Regarding the tub, this is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention, and we will be investigating it promptly. Great location..Unit need some updates..sofa bed wasn’t functional and bathrooms really need some attention. Overall we had a great time and would book this location again.

March Trip to Galveston

We had a great time staying at this property! Everyone loved being able to walk out and see the beach from the balcony and being able to walk across the street to be on the beach. The owners were great at communicating with me about the processes for check-in and out, as well as giving recommendations of things to do. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again soon!

Nice accommodations

It is a nice condo with comfortable furniture and beds. The A/C works great and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers. The view is great and all appliances were in good working condition. We didn’t have any problems at all, and will be returning to this condo in the future.

Girls getaway

Great view - we sat on the balcony every morning & evening enjoying the view. Loved having the Beach right across the street. The condo had amenities to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

The property was exactly what i was looking for,a place where i could meditate by watching the ocean ,morning noon and night,living quarters were nice and clean,with all the amenities you would need to cook,clean,or bath ,were all right there ,patio opens to the beach and the ocean all night or day.wonderful accommodation loved it
