The Space:
Simply can't do much better on a beachfront in such a wonderful, walkable location. The condos at Bahia Mar are spacious, over 1100 square feet spread out and this is a ground floor spot with no stairs.
The Bahia Mar / Solare has redone grounds and landscaping, 2 pools, tennis courts, a very awesome & unique sun deck + kids' playground.
This 2-bedroom condo has some partial remodeling done with all tile floors. A big patio door opens to a huge patio overlooking the main pool off the beach, with partial ocean views through large windows. The bedrooms are nearly identical. The property has a heated jacuzzi as well
Has a large amount of sleeping space for families with 3 queen beds and 1 trundle bed, a pull-out couch, and a provided airbed. Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull-out or airbed. providing symmetry and privacy.
Unit 424 is about a 50-yard walk to the water
The City of South Padre's beach reclamation added about 50 yards of new sand/extra beach between Clayton's Beach Bar and the Bahia Mar, making this a very nice beachfront spot.
Walk to Clayton's, Bar Louie at the Marriott, or On the Border cantina at the Hilton. This complex is BYOB-friendly, saving you money (no glass, please). The beach on the Island allows open containers legally, as long as no glass is involved. Make a margarita and enjoy the patio or bring drinks to the pool or beach.
The stackable washer and dryer in this condo are great for cleaning swim trunks or clothes before you leave.
One of the beds counted by Airbnb is an airbed provided with a pump. Please bring bedding if you plan on using it same with pull out sofa.
Check in is done with a coded lock —no keys to lose and improved safety. Check-in can also be done at our office at South Padre Trips, 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, Texas. The code is provided at or before 3 pm on day of check in.
Free parking off-street 2 spaces, a golf cart is considered a vehicle. You must use permits, and wristbands are sometimes issues by security upon arrival.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
We provide a basic starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, soaps, etc., though not unlimited or replenished. Fresh towels and linens are provided. If you stay 3 nights or more, you can exchange towels and linens at no charge at our office South Padre Trips, 2600 Padre Blvd.
Message us for active military discounts and off-season discounts for 3 or more nights from Sept 15 to Dec 15 as well as tackle football coach discounts we would love to hook you up!
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book and be present at check-in. Contact us prior to booking if you are under 25, as exceptions are possible.
We require an E-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. Sign via Docusign prior to arrival to receive a door code. Provide your email address and photo ID to verify you are 25 or older.
