Mill Cove is the perfect spot for a family summer getaway. You’ll relax as soon as you pull into the driveway and see the water’s edge welcoming you home. Located on the Union River Bay in Trenton, the house is a 10-minute drive (6 miles) from the head of Mount Desert Island. Escape the summer heat on the water, kayak and swim in front of the house, and cozy up to the fire pit in the evening as you watch the sunset over the bay - all while being able to visit Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, just a short drive away. Ellsworth’s historic Main Street for shopping and dining is close by too!

FIRST FLOOR: The kitchen looks out to the dining area and living room with water views, with plenty of counters and cabinet space to prepare family meals. Master bedroom with King bed has an en-suite private bath with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms, both with Double beds, share a full bath with a walk-in shower. Deck off the dining area for easy access to the grill. A large sun porch provides lots of natural light with pretty views of the water.

LOWER LEVEL: Open, unfinished basement providing space for games and storage. Ping-pong table. Access to the front lawn and water.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Large lawn wraps around the home on all sides. The water side of the house has a firepit, picnic table, and cornhole lawn game. Two kayaks are available for tenant use with adult-sized life jackets.
