This 90-year-old home has the character of an older home but has been updated for modern pleasures. It is the perfect spot for a Razorback game, a getaway to the amazing town of Fayetteville, etc.

The Space:
This 1931 home is approximately 1,140 square feet and includes the following:
⭐Bedroom 1: queen bed with bathroom. This room includes a 32" smart television. The small bathroom has a shower and is stocked with towels. The lighting in this room is provided by lamps, the closet light and a bathroom light.
⭐Bedroom 2: queen bed with access to the bathroom in the hallway. This hallway bathroom includes the washer/dryer with a bath/shower combination. It is also stocked with towels.
⭐Additional Sleeping Space: twin bed that provides additional space for sleeping & is located off the kitchen.
⭐Living Space: the living space has a couch, two chairs, and additional seating that may be brought into the space if gathering. There is a 50" smart television in this space.
⭐Kitchen: pots/pans, dishes, flatware, and other essentials for cooking are provided in the kitchen. The kitchen has three barstools & a connecting space with the kitchen table. There is also a Keurig coffee bar set up in the kitchen area, beside the full-size refrigerator.
