Accessible only by private boat or water taxi, this peaceful island getaway delivers an authentic Old Florida experience with no paved roads, no traffic, and plenty of tropical breezes. Tie your boat just outside the door-boats up to 24 feet are welcome-and spend your days cruising the bay, fishing the Gulf, or simply relaxing by the water.
Comfortable, Flexible Accommodations
Inside, expansive water views from nearly every room, vaulted ceilings, and open living areas create a bright and inviting coastal atmosphere. Two kitchens make preparing meals and entertaining easy, while separate entrances for the first and second stories offer added flexibility and privacy for families or friends traveling together. Standard occupancy is six guests, with accommodation for up to eight guests available for an additional fee.
Amenities and Guest Information
Palm Point includes air conditioning, a propane barbecue grill, a washer and dryer, linens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, Keurig and automatic-drip coffee makers, and a full set of dishes and utensils. Cable television and Wi-Fi are not provided, so guests should bring a personal hot spot if connectivity is desired. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted, and Sunday check-ins require advance approval.
