Come spend some time at our cozy beach cottage located just a short walk away from some of the worlds most beautiful beaches. Beach access 84 right down the road, take your car or take a quick stroll with the included beach wagon. After spending some time at beach, come home and enjoy your own oasis. Located in the highly desirable Laguna beach area. No high rises nearby very quiet neighborhood excellent beach access down the street. Only a few miles from 30 A to the west and pier park to the east.

To make your trip enjoyable the we have include all the beach essentials. Sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards and beach wagon.

Love this place

This is our second time to stay here. It is convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas. The owner is very easy to communicate with. I love the interior of the home. It is very comfortable and very conducive to families.

Beautiful house and great location to quiet beach.

Mindy was very generous on letting me check in early, even with a slight miscommunication on my part. The house was very nice and exceeded expectations. Only complaint I have was, I didn't know we had access to the beach supplies in the shed. Other than that would recommend the house.

Kenneth, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your stay and was not able to give us a 5 star review even after we let you check in almost an extra day early for free. The instructions to access the beach equipment and location of the key was in the house rules. We were available 24/7, gave you my personal cell phone number for any issues or questions you may have had during the visit. We were unaware you were not able to locate the key until you checked out so we had no opportunity to help resolve this issue.

Great place to stay in Laguna Beach

This was a great property for our needs. We had 4 adults and 4 children in our party (2 toddlers) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great space for the kitchen, relaxing, sleeping, bathroom space, and outdoor space. Close proximity to the beach.

Beautiful, costal decorated home that had everything we needed! We loved the outdoor shower to wash off that extra sand from the beach! Owners responded immediately with any questions we had.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts have thought of everything with beautiful decor, beach toys for the kids, toys and games for the family. The shower outside was great to wash off the sand from the beach. The house was just the perfect size for my family of 4 and my sister in law’s family of 4 as well. The location is about 2.5 blocks from the beach, so great location. We had some things on the list that caused my final rating to be a 4 vs 5. I actually would give 4.5 stars, but there is no half star option. The things that were the slight downsides: 1. There were ants that came in through the kitchen window. We noticed it the first day we were there. I messaged the hosts and they said they came a sprayed the day before and if they were unbearable to go get some ant spray and they would reimburse us. I didn’t end of doing that only because we just dealt with it by keeping the house clean and cleaning up right after eating. Those ants are quick though! They were on bread crumbs within 2.5 seconds flat! The second issue was the washer and dryer. We were extremely grateful that the house came with one, but the washer almost every time using it was uneven and would make a large ruckus with the rocking around. This was even with the smallest load! They dryer took several times to dry a load about 2.5 1 hr timed drys per load. The last minor thing was that we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. I think it was set so that it would default to 69 degrees in the night time. We would try to raise the temp to 73 before going to bed but always woke up to it being at least 69. Our fault for not asking how to change it, but we just used extra blankets. Overall the good outweighed the minor complaints, but I always want to give an accurate review. The hosts were great and the house is beautiful!

Summer vacation 2022

Great location, friendly neighborhood, the amenities were awesome. Love the layout of the home . The beach toys, wagon and Umbrella was so helpful usually we have to pick all these things. Love the shower outside to rinse off the sand. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything.

Clean and spacious. 6 minute walk to the beach, great location. Locals were very nice. About 10 minutes from pier park so just far enough to avoid the crowd. Nice screened patio on back.

Lovely home

There is a lot to appreciate about this property. The location from the beach is very walkable and the home is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. We enjoyed our visit to the area and staying here boosted our experience. We would love to stay here again.

Family beach getaway!

We absolutely loved this home! We have 4 kids and it fit us perfect! The screened in porch was great for meals and just relaxing having morning coffee, or evening games. The kids played ball in the backyard, and we really got lots of use out of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was about 1/3 of a mile and a straight shot down the road with direct beach access. We cook most our meals on vacation and the kitchen was set up just right with all you would need. The home was very clean! Everything was awesome! Mindy was great with communication and was so helpful when we arrived in Florida with van trouble. We definitely want to come back and stay again!

Bradley’s Stay at 311 Twin Lakes

Very nice house with nice upgrades. Was disappointed with the state of the neighborhood. Had a few nicer homes but a lot of rundown trailers that we were not crazy about. Proximity to the beach was great. Slightly disappointed there was a golf cart on the property that was not available for use.

A little piece of Heaven

This property was exactly what we needed for a vacation. The neighborhood where the property is located was extremely quiet. The home was very spacious, also the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. My grandkids enjoyed the overall space. Beautifully decorated home!! Will definitely book this property again in the future. It was a much needed trip! That we enjoyed tremendously and hated to leave.

Super stay in Laguna Beach

We had a great stay at this property in Laguna Beach. The place is super clean, delightfully decorated and just a short walk to the beach. The property owner was very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. This place is very conveniently located to just about everything. The beach is just down the street a short walk and parking is available at public beach access should you want to drive down to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 5 mile drive. If you are looking for a super place to stay on the more quiet end of PCB then I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again. We love Laguna Beach and would highly recommend staying here.

Relax and unwind

What an experience! To say this stay was awesome would do it no justification. The peaceful feeling of a sparkling clean home away from home within a couple minute walk from the beach was nothing less than perfection. The detail even down to the amazingly soft fluffy towels made it hard to leave. The host Mindy was caring and attentive, professional and a pleasure to work with! I can’t wait to come back!
