Beautiful and quiet lakeside location with easy access to town. It is very close to the bike path and there was space in the garage to store our bikes when we weren't riding the path around the lake. The house is clean and bright with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We looked forward seeing the sun set every night, so lovely! The host was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was well equipped and the communication was great !!!

Only thing I would do is trim up some of the branches around the deck. The fishing off the dock and the slide was so much fun. The house had everything we needed and then some and I would stay here again the town was amazing .

We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed our cabin and the Clear Lake experience! It’s an amazing place to make memories with family. Thank you so much for the suggestion about the branches. There are some very specific guidelines we have to follow with the Department of Natural Resources but we will do our best to make an improvement in that area! Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking care of our property.

Great place!!

Access to the lake in town were great! Had great luck fishing off the dock, and in the boat! I would highly recommend this property! There is a spiral staircase to the second floor, which could be challenging for elderly. Otherwise everything you need is at this property!! we definitely return if ever back in Clear Lake!

Perfect for our annual sister trip!

Growing up, my family spent two weeks every summer at Clear Lake. Six years ago started a new tradition and returned for a 5-7 day summer stay. The property we previously rented was sold and not part of a rental program, so first time at Cozy Cove. Home exactly as described. Lots of bedroom space for all of us, as well as separate areas to lounge on first floor. Was especially pleased with the kitchen: Large and great layout, state-of-the-art appliances, fully appointed with everything we needed, which made meal-making a lot easier and much more fun. Excellent communication with the host; very responsive and nice! Easy check-in / out process. Lastly, the neighborhood was very cool to walk around every morning. Lots of fun nooks to explore. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time! The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had an excellent lake view. There are a lot of stairs inside and out that weren’t in the description but we managed.

Excellent property on southwest side of Clear Lake

We really enjoyed the whole package this property had to offer. Plenty of sleeping and entertaining room for 10+ people both inside and out. Great views and areas to relax. Kitchen area is fully stocked with cooking equipment and dishes as well a large fridge/freezer. The depth of the water off the large dock area is 3-5 foot range with a couple ladders to easily get in and out. We brought our kayaks to help enjoy the water even more. The property is close to Clear Lake Marina and PM Park where you can rent boats/jet skis as well as enjoy outdoor dining by the lake. Definitely would recommend this place to families or couples looking for a getaway on the water.
