Villa Dans la Montagne en Pleine Nature, à 10 Minutes de la mer

The villa is located in the beautiful site of Cortijo Grande, with stunning views of the surrounding Sierra Cabrera mountains. The development consists of 29 villas built in front of an old golf course. Our villa is the first, located on the heights of the development.
The property is on one level, making it suitable for all ages and people with reduced mobility.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have a 160X200 bed (double) and one with two single beds of 90X200 (with new and very comfortable bedding). All bedrooms have large wardrobes, a fan and reversible air conditioning (hot, cold). A baby cot (umbrella + mattress and sheets) is available in the accommodation.
It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
There are two modern bathrooms, one with bath, sink and toilet, the other with shower, toilet and sink.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry area with American fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Dining room with table for 6 people, living room with TV and WIFI (fiber), small reading area with library (some books in French and English).
The living room opens onto a covered terrace with a Moroccan mosaic table and stunning views of the surrounding mountains (at the front of the house).
The house is surrounded by terraces with tables, chairs, garden deckchairs to rest by the private pool (surrounded by lush vegetation), and this in absolute calm. The house has a large outdoor kitchen with a very large worktop. It is equipped with a sink (hot/cold water), a gas barbecue, a plancha and a fridge. It opens onto a shaded terrace that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a table, 6 armchairs and sofas, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea in the distance.
You can eat in some restaurants in the Sierra Cabrera (Fatima, bar- retaurant l'Arco).
The villa is ideally located as it is only a 5 minute drive from the small town of Turre and 15 minutes from the beautiful white village of Mojacar Pueblo and the Blue Flag beaches of Mojacar Playa and Garrucha (fishing port). In Turre you can find everything (food "Central Turre", restaurants (including the Solare with live music on weekends), bakery, banks, bookshop, bars, etc.... and a very nice market (vegetables, fruits, clothes, flowers etc...) which takes place every Friday morning.
The town of Mojacar, located 15 minutes by car from the villa, consists of an old town (Mojacar Pueblo) and a centre located along the sea. Mojacar pueblo, white village, overlooks the town and the view of the valley is breathtaking. It consists of narrow, flower-filled streets. There are many quaint shops, bars and restaurants. This "White Village" is considered one of the most beautiful in all of Spain.
Mojacar Playa offers beautiful beaches, countless bars and restaurants, a shopping mall with many shops.
For cycling enthusiasts, many circuits exist. The Valle del este golf course is only 12 minutes by car from the house (but also the Mojacar, Desert Spring, Aguillon golf courses).
