With less than four miles from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park and Mountain Bike Park, this lovely multi-level home is the picture of comfort and convenience. It's ideal for family vacations, river tubing on the Saco, hiking, golfing, and outlet shopping with friends! Your pristine location gives you direct access to the East Branch River as well as the iconic Railroad Truss Bridge. Cranmore Mountain Resort is only a few miles away, as is Echo Lake if you'd prefer a scenic outing by the water. Speaking of the water, travel a brief eight miles for tubing and kayak rentals. Be sure to bring the kids to fairy tale and nursery rhymed-theme Story Land while here for a field trip they're sure to remember. Wentworth Golf Club and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf offer fun for fans of the sport, so be sure to bring your clubs. If you'd prefer a day of shopping, Settler's Crossing and the North Conway outlets are only slightly more than six miles away.
You're going to love spreading out in the main level's comfortable living space no matter what time of year you visit. The living room features vaulted ceilings, attractive furniture, and lots of rustic and attractive ski decor. The mounted TV will make family nights even more enjoyable with all your favorite Netflix movies and shows and there are board games available for family game nights. The family chef will have a blast cooking up a storm in the full kitchen, where you'll find stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and lots of storage for your vacation staples. Serve your guests at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen and even more at the table off the living room. The kids can chatter away from the two breakfast bar stools, and there is plenty more seating out on the furnished patio, including a covered table/chair set and a bench made from snow skis!
You can use the private gas grill to host a fun family barbecue or even grill up some freshly caught fish during your stay. When it's time to head to bed, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate all your guests. The main bedroom is on the top level and features a TV, an en-suite bath, and balcony access, perfect for that first cup of morning coffee. The third floor also includes a lofted entertainment space with stuffed animals and board games for the kids. The next three bedrooms are on the lowest level along with a shared bath. Take a short walk to explore all the amazing outdoor activities and on-site amenities that include a shared pool and tennis and basketball courts then come back to let the private washer/dryer knock out everyone's laundry while you research tomorrow's adventure via the high-speed WiFi. Spend a day on a hot-weather hike or take a crack at Ski Resort Adventure Park, then come back to hang out with the gang for a relaxing getaway!
