This second floor 2 bedroom/2 bath peek-a-boo ocean view condo is your perfect Maui vacation retreat just across the street from beautiful Kamaole III beach park! Maui Kamaole is one of the lowest density projects in South Kihei and features beautiful landscaping, 2 pools with spa/hot pools, tennis and low density units with all the 2 bedroom/2 bath units on the top (second) floor. The project is in a dry/sunny part of Maui and is just a block away from Wailea with shopping, restaurants, and more stunning beaches. The unit has an upgraded kitchen with granite counters and both bathrooms have been beautifully updated. The unit is just steps away from one of the 2 pools in the complex and is nicely location in the middle of the project away from the sounds of traffic, yet just a short walk to the beach. Relax and dine on the lanai and enjoy the views after a day of adventuring or enjoying the beach! High speed internet and cable TV are included for your convenience. The master bedroom is upstairs in the loft and features attached master bathroom with shower along with a computer desk for working. The second bedroom is downstairs and has 2 twin XL beds. The second bathroom is a full bathroom. The two twin XL beds in the main level bedroom can be converted to a king bed upon guest request. Please request after reserving!

Maui/Kihei Vacation

Great place to stay. Has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, etc.. Beach was within walking distance. Pool just steps away. Very quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Accommodations

Karin was an outstanding host and very responsive when I had questions. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and other beach equipment that we didn’t even know we needed! From start to finish, our holiday was excellent!

Fantastic Vacation!!!

My daughter and I stayed and enjoyed this wonderful condo for two weeks. The location in great with the ocean and a great beach across the street. It is walking distance to fantastic restaurants and the two pools are great. The property was beautifully maintained with everything you could possibly need including beach supplies.

Second time just as great!

This was our second time staying in this particular unit and we are glad we did. It really is very convenient with everything you could want in Kitchen- even a Vitamix so we made some smoothies! Beach gear includes boogie boards and sand toys and coolers which we didn't use but nice to know we had them if needed. Maui Kameole condos really are situated in the perfect spot- between resorts and town of Kihei so you can easily experience both. Highly recommend!

great stay at a great property

we had a great time staying at Karin's place, which was wonderful! clean, full of amenities, and very close to a number of amazing beaches. owner's communication was outstanding and a small issue with the wifi was fixed promptly when i texted her. no wonder all the reviews are great- we would stay here again in a heartbeat! highly recommended-

Perfect vacation

This condo is clean, well equipped and well situated for a fantastic Maui vacation. We hope to return soon! Maui Kamoele is a well maintained property and the amenities like the pools, hot tub, bbqs and tennis are awesome. Karen is a great host and was able to move our dates around seamlessly. She texted us as we arrived but we really had no issues to be addressed our entire stay!

Karin was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond and had great info on Maui. She had everything we needed in the condo, plus all the beach gear, spices, books on Maui, beach towels, etc. great location, walk to Kam III beach or drive down to Wailea in 10 mins. Absolutely would stay here again!

We have been coming to Maui 20 years (Maui Kamaole & Royal Mauian) and this is the nicest condo we have stayed at! It is excellently appointed and well stocked. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent rental at Maui Kamaole

Karin’s property is just as described and is in excellent condition! She is the most thorough and professional host I’ve ever dealt with on VRBO. This is our second time staying at MK and the grounds and facilities are always in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking at MK or south Kihei in general.

Wonderful Condo!

Our family loved this condo! Very well stocked, clean and comfortable. We traveled with our 15 year old son and his 17 year old buddy, the layout was great for all of us! The lanai was so nice and large, overlooking one of the pools. Perfect location for being able to walk to the beach and a very short drive to all the great restaurants and shops in Kihei. The owner was awesome, booking process was smooth and she checked in with us personally to ensure we had everything we needed. All the beach gear was in great condition as well. Highly recommend this property!

Everything was perfect

Starting with booking, Karin made our stay a dream. There were baby items that we didn't need to bring from home, fantastic communication, and items we didn't realize we'd need until we saw them in the condo. The location was excellent - walking distance to the beach and other shops and very few steps to the pool. We will certainly return!

Wonderful Condo in Great Location

We loved our stay in Karin's condo and would absolutely return again. Comfortable beds and furniture, tastefully decorated. The condo is stocked with everything you might need, we brought a lot of extras we didn't need. There are snorkels, beach chairs, boogie boards, puddle jumpers, even a beach umbrella and tent, nice beach towels. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was spotless. Karin was incredibly responsive and the one issue we had was dealt with immediately. The location is great and the pools in the complex are very nice.

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of four to experience Maui. Kihei is a central location which makes it easy to have this as a home base to explore from. The complex is lovely- we have stayed at Maui Kameole three times and it's been wonderful every time and this one was the best. The condo was nicely updated and had all the kitchen supplies you need, plus a closet well stocked with beach items. We only used the beach chairs and boogie board but looked like there was snorkel gear and pool toys and an umbrella. The owner, Karin, was super responsive and kind - excellent communication. She checked in on us the first night and then when we didn't know the pool code and were literally standing at the gate with our towels in hand, I sent a quick text and she got back to me within seconds- pretty awesome! The patio is awesome- view of pool and a retractable awning which is very nice for shade and also very protected from the afternoon wind. All in all, we were very happy with this condo and would love to come back and stay again!

A gem located in a gem of an island

This condo and owner are exceptional. The condo is well decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen and other home products, great quality beds, TVs, high speed internet, very well kept, and has everything you need for activities e.g. tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and beach toys. I can't say enough about this condo. The owner gets back to you asap and goes out of her way to help you e.g. we were getting in very late to Maui and she offered to pick up some groceries we ordered so that our kids would have some breakfast to eat in the morning. I certainly wasn't expecting this but she offered to do this and it so was appreciated. The condo complex is very well maintained, with two great heated pools and hot tubs (my boys couldn't stay out of it), tennis courts and conveniently located to beaches and other restaurants, shops and activities. And the grounds are well kept. And Kihei is such a great location to have as a home base for Maui. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect location, perfect Stay !

Are you looking for a well-equipped, well-located and comfortable condo at a competitive price? Stop looking, you've found it. Unlike many rentals available on the site, this place is offered directly by the owner. You will have a personalized service. I traveled with my partner and my 14 and 21 year old sons. During my stay, I was impressed by: - Supplies included. Spices, oils, coffee, water filter without counting all the kitchen appliances. - Beach equipment. Boogie board, diving mask, life jacket, coolers, chairs, umbrella. -Beds. Very comfortable. -Bathrooms. Everything is there. Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. - Speed of response from the host. - Swimming pool and BBQ nearby - The patio is ideal for morning coffee. All these positive points make us quickly forget the somewhat noisy air conditioning. I recommend the place without hesitation and it will be my first choice on a future visit to Maui.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Clean space, well designed and appointed for our family, so much usable gear, lovely grounds and fabulous pools. Very responsive owner made the whole process easy! Definitely keeping this one in my favorites list!

The Best!

We always stay at the Maui Kamaole as we love this complex. It was our first time staying in this unit and it surpassed all our expectations! Pride of ownership shows, it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you would need. Stylish, modern and so clean, perfect location with a gorgeous view from the main balcony. Karin has thought of everything. This made our stay easy and enjoyable. And the beds are SO comfortable!! Thank you Karin, we hope to stay again soon!

Great for Families

The condo had all the things we required for a relaxing and fun-filled trip. First, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook quickly and efficiently with many plates, good pans/pots, and multiple utensils. I appreciated the fact I didn't need to continually wash pans, plates, and cooking utensils to prepare a multi-course meal. This kitchen was outfitted to make and serve a Thanksgiving dinner and I was impressed! For outdoor excursions, there were plenty of towels, boogey boards, sand toys, cooler, and containers with seals so we could bring salads and cut fruits. The location is near great beaches and restaurants. Beds were comfortable with foam mattresses and we slept well. The fold out couch was convenient so all 3 kids had their own beds. It was quiet and peaceful location. We had a great time in Maui and enjoyed our stay in this property.

We purchased this condo because we love the convenient south Maui location, the stunning beaches, and the perfect south Maui weather. We love the fact that the condo is close to such a great variety of beaches and is on the quieter south end of Kihei, just one block from Wailea. We also love the low density and gorgeous landscape of the Maui Kamaole condo complex.

We have tried to make this condo as well stocked and convenient as possible for our guests. We also travel quite a bit and understand what makes a property smooth and seamless for the guests staying in it.
