This property was exactly what we wanted. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly. Definitely would stay again.

Everything we needed!

This was the perfect condo for our family! Plenty of beach toys so we didn’t have to pack anything but towels for the beach! The owners have truly thought of everything! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful Condo!

Shirley is a wonderful host and the rooms are as described. She literally thought of everything and had me wishing I didn’t pack so much. The kitchen has everything you would need. All the extras were fabulous. We were very happy with the view and our stay. The kids had a great time. Thank you!

Perfect

This was an awesome room. The elevators were fast and little to no wait our whole stay. Only a few steps to the beach. The veiw was spectacular. The room is accurately depicted in the listing and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of six. And the showers were amazing. Would definitely recomend, and have. I don't think you will regret staying here. Communication from the owner was great.

WONDERFUL

We took our first Family Spring Break trip. We chose this Condo because of the location and the overall set up . It was great for our entire family. We have 5 kids and we fit perfectly. We loved the closet of goodies so we didn't have to pack all of the beach "needs"! Shirley was great to work with and so very helpful. The condo was beautiful. The location was great. The views were AMAZING! We are already talking about our trip for next year.

We will be back!

We have stayed at many, many condos over the years in different areas. This one is in the top 3 of all time. Hands down the best one for hospitality and items included for convenience. Everything you could need is there. The updates to this condo are amazing. The master mattress was so comfortable. The rain shower heads were awesome. Having things like cozy throws, board games, condiments, toiletries, extra bedding, Keurig and pods, etc is definitely not the norm. Not to mention the 'beach closet' with chairs, floats, balls, wagon, noodles, a pump, tennis racquets and more! The balcony furniture was relaxing and comfy. I really have nothing negative to report. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.

WOW, WOW, WOW!

This must be the absolute BEST vacation rental we have ever experienced and gratefully, we have experienced many in our lifetime. The host & accommodations were incredible!! Shirley was so gracious and communicative. The location was perfect and a bit more on the quiet side with a short drive to the busier part of Panama City Beach on the east side. Parking was never an issue. The unit itself was so tastefully remodeled from the floors to the ceiling and everything in between with no detail overlooked. The stairs, trash chute, and elevator were all so conveniently accessible to the unit. The experience was well beyond our expectations with a fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, and even shampoo/conditioner/body soap installed in each shower just like a beautiful resort. We will definitely be back whenever we visit our daughter at FSU and have another Panama City Beach vacation. I can't imagine staying anywhere else! You did great, Shirley! May you ALL enjoy as much as we did!!

So glad we chose this one!

I’m picky about where we stay when we go to the beach and look at tons of listings and read all the reviews for them before deciding on a condo to book. Now that I’ve found this one, I don’t need to look anymore! The location is perfect on a quieter end of the PCB area but within 10 minutes from just about anything you’d want to do. The condo being on the 5th floor provides the ideal view and is practically on the beach. The direct view of the ocean from both the living and main bedroom areas could not be more perfect! And the location of the building between the 2 main pool areas is great! Parking is very convenient and the elevator, which is just steps away from the condo’s door, was literally waiting for us with the door open every time we approached it on the ground floor to go up. The condo itself is decorated just beautifully and all the comforts are provided, including blankets for snuggling up on the comfy couches. The fact that beach chairs, floats, and sand toys are also there for use is icing on the cake! The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are even condiments and spices there for guests. The thoughtfulness behind every aspect of this condo made us feel welcomed and right at home. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely TANFASTIC!!!

Have not stayed in a lot of condos but this one was by far the best. Host was very understanding and accommodating. Unit was well stocked with everything one needs to head to the beach plus a very good array of condiments for cooking, eating, etc. Will definitely be on our ‘go back to’ list!

Definitely a Five Star Rental

Shirley was so responsive and accommodating! The condo was so modern and clean with comfortable furniture, even the bunk beds. Everything you need is provided from beach chairs and a wagon to paper products.

Could not have been any better!!!

What a fantastic week! The entire process from check in to check out was flawless. The thoughtfulness in preparing for our stay was more than expected.... Need a video game or board game for the kids? It's there! Need some beach toys, chairs, umbrella and wagon to haul them to the beach? It's there! What about a simple notepad and pen? I can't believe we needed pen and paper on vacation but.... it was there! I could go on... but you get the point. Shirley, thank you for doing all that you could do to make our vacation so enjoyable! We look forward to returning in the future!

Absolutely Perfect!

My wife and I have stayed at the Dunes of Panama many times, sometimes just us... other times with our kids. This condo must be at least the 10th or 15th we've rented. This was by VERY FAR the absolute best we've ever experienced. There was literally NOTHING overlooked by the owner. And I am literally using the word "literally" correctly. This unit was the most well-stocked, well thought-out condo I've ever seen. Got kids? No worries, there are games, puzzles, coloring books, beach toys, and even an XBOX 360 with several games. Wanna stay in and cook? The kitchen has every dish, pot, pan, and utensil you could possible need. Prefer to eat outside? There's even a drawer full of paper plates, plastic cutlery and ziploc bags. Oh! Forgot to bring something for the beach? Just open the closet and grab what you need (beach chairs, towels, beach games... even a great cart to tow it all in. Seriously. My wife and I will never stay in another unit again.

We had the best stay. Steps to the beach made for a perfect vacation. Condo was spotless, organized and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. It surpassed all of our expectations. 10+ Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing comfort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo, complete with a relaxing balcony to see and hear the ocean. It was an easy walk to the beach and we were grateful for the beach chairs. Shirley was very helpful in all aspects of our trip. We loved walking to restaurants, especially Jessie’s for breakfast. We are already planning a return trip!

Last Family Vacay of the Summee

My family of 6 really enjoyed this property! Our only regret is that we didn’t book it longer! The ocean view was amazing to wake up to. We had kids that ranged 2-17 and each enjoyed themselves. It wasn’t too far from everything, but wasn’t so close that you heard everything going on at the strip! The house was exactly like the pictures. Communication with the owner was easy and quick turnaround with responses. They even called us prior to the trip to see if we needed early access which was really thoughtful! If you’re looking for a home away from home with a great view and private access beach, this is it! We definitely hope to book again!

Dreamy beachfront home away from home

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The updated paint, furniture, appliances, televisions and decor was beautiful. The storage space was perfect as well with a great size pantry and walk in closets in both bedrooms. All cooking utensils, dishes, multiple spices, toaster, keurig and standard coffee maker were present and clean. The balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom was so nice. The beach, pool and ocean view is perfect! No details were overlooked in this unit. There is even an Xbox 360 and connect with several games. This was perfect for my 11 and 17 year old sons. Puzzles, board games and several books too. We stayed for 7 nights, and will happily return again. This unit is in a tower with 12 floors, and the elevator was always available and fast. Loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend this beautiful unit.

I am a wife, mother, business owner and new VRBO Premier Host from Texas and now living in Franklin, Tennessee. My husband and I purchased this condo at the end of June 2021 for personal use and to serve as our first vacation rental property. We are new to this process and are still navigating the ins and outs and will continue to enhance and improve the process as we go.

We just finished a full remodel of this property at the end of 2021 and went with all upgraded finishes, appliances and selections to ensure that our guests truly have an exceptional experience during their stay. We made our selections based on what we would like to have while on vacation and have tried to provide everything you would need to be comfortable while on vacation.

We selected this property because of the gorgeous waterfront location that is truly "on" the beach. We love that this is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, yet still close to everything.

We love the fact that this complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gym and snack bar all within the gates. You truly don't have to leave the property.
