The traditional floor plan, featuring living room, dining area, kitchen, plus 1 bedroom and a bath on the first floor, offers the layout the multi generation family is seeking. Ground level deck off the living room. Second floor has three spacious bedrooms, 2 baths and a deck across almost the entire length of the house affording spectacular ocean views. Plenty of off street parking and access to the garage for storage of your bikes, wagons and beach toys.
