Wonderful place for three generations to enjoy! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, communication with the host was excellent, and there were two bottles of wine to greet us when we got there - a lovely touch! We will be looking to stay here again!

The property was perfect for our needs. We had a group of 11 people for our 50th anniversary. Having the 2 kitchens was great for preparing a large meal of various items. The game room was fun for all & the firepit was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bedrooms & bathrooms suited our needs perfectly. The sauna & hot tub were a highlight for some. The spacious living area gave everyone room to stretch out and relax. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect & we are all looking forward to coming back again. Also, I must add that our host, Steve, was wonderful & very responsive to all of our questions & needs.

To future guests,... As you can see, this guest left me very favorable comments. In fact, he gave a 5 star review initially but changed it. So, why the 2 star rating? Read on.. Unfortunately, the guest did some things to the house that were unacceptable.....The owners closet had clear forced entry attempts made which caused some damage to the storage closet door frame. I could not stand by idle. I levied a very small charge which only covered part of costs. $200. It was only after my small damage fee was levied did this guest change his rating. This is the first time I've ever had such an incident. There were other small things such as 2 patios door locks were admittedly broken. Lots of garbage left in the house... 2 bags full. I work very hard to ensure that all guests are fully satisfied beyond their expectations. It's too bad guests are able to change their ratings... I have only ever had 5 star reviews prior to this on 2 properties for 4 years. I will continue to make my guests happy.

We rented this home with another family and had a great time! Comfortably fit the 9 of us and we enjoyed the darts, ping pong, foosball, hot tub and fire pit. We got pool passes for an afternoon at super close Holiday Valley and went to nearby Salamanca for a hike.
