Our one bedroom condo is located steps from the village pier which offers fabulous walking and dining. No need to ever get back in car. The restaurants are some of finest as we have been coming for over 40 years. This one bedroom condo offers a fabulous King size bed with a new queen Murphy cabinet bed in den that has memory foam mattress. All WiFi, 2-48” TV, washer and dryer are included. This is the closest you can get to have the luxury interior as this offers. Fully furnished kitchen along with outside bistro table and book nook cozy corner. Elevator to third floor. Private gated parking. We also offer our Polaris Ranger (in photos) for Rent outside the VRBO rental. If it is available as is first come first serve as we have two homes on island.

Great weekend getaway

Came to SSI for a long weekend and this was a great place to stay. So close to the village and was very clean. Some minor issues with the keyless pad but the host was very prompt with communication. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent weekend getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect! The property was clean, well decorated, and the owners were very responsive. Would love to visit again soon!

Great Getaway

This is an excellent place for a getaway. The proximity to the Village area, restaurants, and shops was perfect. We enjoyed walking everywhere. We loved having our dog with us, and he enjoyed himself! It's a quiet building, and people are very friendly.

Perfect Place!!

I was in town for a golf tournament. Everything was super easy from the check in to the communication with the owners. The property was very secure, and super clean!!! I also appreciated the super strong water pressure in the shower!!! My 4 minute drive to the Sea Island golf courses made it even more convenient. Will definitely be looking to book again!!! Thank you!!

Great place!!! Property was just beautiful, VERY clean and well maintained.

We had the best time at St Simons Island. The property was just lovely and close to everything. Walking distance to the Pier and the beach. And all types of restaurants,ice cream shops, and souvenir shops. We will highly recommend this property and St Simons Island!! Thank you for having us!!

Luxury and location

The Condo was titled Luxurious and I couldn't agree more!! Loved thed decor, modern, wonderful natural light. Really nice balcony overlooking the pool, though it was way too tempting for my grandson, who the trip was actually for his Spring break, however it was too cool to swim. The nice basket in the bathroom was stocked with useful things 1 would need and more. We thought air conditioner was broken but got a quick response to the issue, even offered to come over and look at it. Turns out it was User Error lol! But the quick response was appreciated.Location is great...steps away from great places to eat and shop, which was ideal for our dog. We could walk the entire strip with her. She loved seeing all the other dogs. St. Simons Island id a very pet friendly Island.We enjoyed our stay immensely. Making our Grandson First Spring break to the beach, a beautiful memory for years to come.Thank you Maria!

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST VRBO OWNER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. My husband and I stayed with our 7 pound shitzhu as this was marketed as "pet friendly" and I assure this condo and the owner ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY! We were down in St. Simons for the UGA/FLA game and upon sitting down in our seats for the football game in Jacksonville (an hour away) the owner calls us saying that our dog is barking, and THREATED TO CALL ANIMAL CONTROL on our tiny dog!!! The doors are paper thin and you can hear everyone's conversation in the hallways, so I am sure she barked when someone was loud as well. The owner demanded we return to the condo or she would call animal control. Not knowing if she would literally "take our dog to the pound" as she threated us on her call I have never in my life been treated so poorly while staying somewhere. We had to get an Uber that cost $200 (we had driven with family to the game) and leave our $500 seats, missed the game entirely and were so upset we left immediately (in perfect condition as we are excellent renters) and drove back to Atlanta that night. OUR ENTIRE FAMILY TRIP WAS RUINED BY THIS OWNER AND HER POOR BEHAVIOR.

Great location!

This rental was fantastic, great location within walking distance of the village, pier, lighthouse and lots of food choices. The place itself was wonderfully decorated, upgraded, comfortable bedding and nice balcony overlooking the pool. The owners were great, welcoming and easy to communicate with. We brought our little dog and it was easy walking and bringing her places. We will definitely be staying here again!

We honeymooned on the island and have been coming for over 30 years. We have two locations on the rental market. We have 661 Cummings Lane which sleeps 14 and this Condo that sleeps 4. Use both if you have guests or grandparents that need a place to stay. We purchased this condo because of the proximity to the Village and no need to ever drive while here. All is out the back door. Some of the finest food anywhere is located within a two minute walk!

This property has all anyone needs. We made the beds the most luxurious on the island you will find. We also added a cabinet Murphy bed with memory foam mattress. The location is all about this unit along with the luxury appointed furniture inside. You have all you need to enjoy a quiet time enjoying our Happy Place. Why stay in a hotel with so many people when you have a full kitchen with best location on island. The pool is so not crowded here. We have had by ourselves many times.
