Welcome to Dock Holiday! If you are looking for peaceful, relaxing lake living you have found the place! This tastefully designed two-level home is conveniently located yet provides you with that get-away from it all feel - just an ideal place to reconnect with family and friends!

On the exterior, you have a great lakeside deck with a grill, private dock & fire pit. On the interior main level of the home, you'll find 3 bedrooms including the master, 2 full baths, kitchen, and great room. On the lower level is loaded up with fun games if we have a rainy day or for those competitive family/friend nights including foosball and shuffleboard. You'll also find the 4th bedroom, full bath, and a great place to catch the game or have the kids have their own space to watch a movie.

House is less than 5 minutes to Publix Grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants - roughly 20 minutes to all that Denver and Mooresville have to offer!

Lakeside house with tons of room

We stayed at the property with our family to attend a wedding. Plenty of beds for everyone and lots of space. We will be back when we have time to enjoy the lake!

Perfect girls weekend

This was the perfect house for a group of 6 friends to reconnect for a relaxing and quiet weekend around lake Norman! This property would be great for families also!

Spring Birthday Celebration

Great location, half way between Atlanta and Richmond. Plenty of room for family. Lots to do outside and inside if the weather is bad.

For your eyes only

This isn’t a review but just some observations. You need to think about making at least one bathroom relatively accessible. The master bath tub was very difficult for my husband and me. There is an extra closet that could easily be converted to a walk in shower. I would not book this home in the future because of this which is sad because we loved everything else about the house.
