Built in 2018, beautifully designed open floor plan has incredible Lake Michigan views throughout the home.
Everything in the house is like new. There were no expenses spared in this modern lake home.
Enjoy outdoor dining on the attached veranda complete with built in grille and preparation area or sit closer to the lake on one of two furnished decks. Gas fireplace adds warmth & coziness.
The sunset views are breathtaking and like nowhere else. You must see to believe.

Family friendly fun!

We went for a family vacation and were blown away by the view and beach! Lots of stairs to beach but worth it. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing lake house

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the house. The house was perfect and the view is hard to beat. The beach was amazing as well. We hope to go back.

This was a magical place to stay. Could not have dreamed up a better time. I grew up coming to Lake Michigan every summer and was so happy to being my daughters to do the same. It was clean and location was perfect. A bunch beach towels, chairs, and toys for kids. The house is set up so well and everything g is clearly marked. Whenever we had a question the host responded IMMEDIATELY!Can’t say enough good or anything bad about our stay. Will hopefully stay again next summer!

Gorgeous beach vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay here! This is our second time vacationing in MI and it is the most perfect driveable getaway. The house was great, but the true gem is the view and beach. The pictures don’t do justice to how much private sandy beach you have to enjoy! House was clean and beautiful landscaping. We swam every day and watched each sunset. It was perfect for our family of 4. This house is also not far from other towns worth exploring. You will not be disappointed if you book this great place!

Gem on Lake Michigan

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is as advertised with beautiful views of the lake. Everything in the house is brand new and open floor plan on main level is perfect. Large kitchen was great for cooking meals. Randy was always prompt with communication and check in was easy. If you're thinking of booking this place just do it. It's worth it!

Breathtaking view!

The views are unbelievable! Home is newer and very well kept. Location was central to our two favorite beach towns, Holland and Grand Haven. Lots of steps down to beach as others have mentioned but well worth it once you’re down! Really large, nice, clean stretch of private beach. Having a washer.dryer available on-site was so helpful to not have to over-pack. Showers could have been cleaner upon arrival but otherwise clean and nice!

Perfection on the lake

The home itself, has the most beautiful interior. The gourmet kitchen has the most amazing countertops, I have ever seen. The swirls of sparkling colors intertwined through out. The view from the master bedroom are perfect.. The outside has beautiful landscaping. Very well manicured. The views, from the deck are mesmerizing. The location itself, has a lot of attractions within a short distance. I would definitely recommend, and want to go back again.

Wonderful property

Beautiful lake house, well appointed. The floor plan is open on the main floor. On the first night we watched a severe thunderstorm roll in from across the lake. The storm knocked out the power to the neighborhood, but luckily this house has a GENERATOR! It seamlessly kicked on and allowed us to continue to enjoy the luxuries of this lake house. The two tiered deck overlooking the lake offered breathtaking views of the lake. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. We greatly appreciate the owner allowing us to spend our vacation at this wonderful property.

Family vacation

The property is beautiful. We were greeted upon arrival with one of the nicest sunsets I have ever seen. Randy was very generous and very communicative. This was a perfect fit for our family of all ages. Would highly recommend it.

Pure Luxury! Pure Michigan!

This rental property is exceptional! The home is luxurious, and all of its features (including furnishings, light fixtures, appliances) are newer and high-end. Inside and out, this property is well-kept and immaculately clean. The entire open-concept main floor offers sweeping views of Lake Michigan, and there are spectacular lake views from the master bedroom and bathroom as well. This home is laid out quite nicely to accommodate a family. There are three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs, along with a half-bath on the main floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with items (such as plates, utensils, cups, mugs, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc.) for cooking and eating. The outdoor space really sets this property apart from so many others! There are three distinct outdoor seating areas in the backyard, all offering unique and exquisite views of Lake Michigan and those beautiful sunsets! There's also a grassy backyard where families / children can play. The property has a long set of stairs leading down to a private stretch of sandy beach. (Of note, the beach is only accessible to those physically capable of walking up and down approximately 100 stairs and a sandy slope leading to the beach.) It is such a perk to not have to deal with crowded beaches, and we thoroughly enjoyed our privacy and space as we spent our days playing in the sand and water. The owner was prompt, courteous, and helpful in his responses to the few questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this rental property.

Fantastic Week in Michigan

This home was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The view was extraordinary. The deck overlooking Lake Michigan and the beach was my favorite spot!! The upper deck with comfy outdoor couch and fireplace was perfect for evening family chats and listening to the water. There are several stairs to the beach but having the private beach was perfect and the kids absolutely loved it!!
