We had a wonderful stay! Most of our time was spent relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The on-site restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Yesli was amazing; she met us at our rental, gave us helpful local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed to explore Rocky Point on our own. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and overall fantastic. Highly recommend!

Peaceful getaway

All was great! Rooms were clean and beds comfy. All kitchen items available and patio furniture too. Clean restrooms. Master didn’t have hand soap but other restroom did. 2nd restroom sink handles were difficult to turn but nothing I couldn’t handle. Washer and dryer worked great and supplies available as well. Could tell they cleaned and exterminated and only a few bugs came out of that cleaning BUT would be good if the cleaners came again to clear the dead bugs out. Location was perfect. Quiet. Safe. And air condition worked perfectly! Resort itself is great! Definitely will book again when wanting the relaxing peaceful cozy vacay!

Quiet and Relaxed Area

Nice and private new area. The beach leaves and comes back for a few hours so you won't be able to enjoy the beach all day long. They're is no palapas on beach, make sure you take your umbrellas. No coolers or alcoholic drinks are allowed in the swimming pool area which is dissapointing because the pool bar closes at 7PM, so you won't have drinks or music till the pool closing time (10PM). The condo was very nice and clean, but walls are thin, you can literally hear your neighbors conversations, the balcony is open so you'll be able to see your neighbors from both sides. It was nice having a restaurant and a stocked store on site. No vendors, banana boats or jet skis available on this area. Host was very attentive and kept us informed with the resorts guest activities which included movie night and volleyball tournaments. We will definitely come back to Rocky Point🏖

Not worth it

Sloppy, disorganized, inefficient, ignorant staffing. Does not cater to americans. The washer hose was disconnected and flooded the unit and took 3hours to clean by one man. And the concierge gave $50 for our trouble…..truly insulting

Nice family vacation

The property is just as listed, very nice and clean. Kids loved the beach and especially the pool. All of the staff on sight was extremely friendly and helpful. We did have a minor issue and reached out to the property manager and they were beyond helpful and fixed the problem immediately.

Love the stay even tho it was only one day, due to a plumbing issue but overall good experience. I can't wait to book for our free pass due to the inconvenience we had. Love this condo is super clean the view was beautiful. I do recommend this place, management was very helpful and attentive.

Great home away from home

This place was perfect for my family. It was clean and newly remodeled. Everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you once again for letting us stay there. I will definitely be renting this place again when I return to Rocky Point.

Watching the tides change

Overall we were very happy with the property, the only draw back are the extreme tidal flats that make swimming in the sea virtually impossible. Be sure to check the tide tables and plan your activities accordingly. The condo itself was excellent and offered picturesque photo oppertunities when the sun was setting.
