Just a short walk to the beach, this two story home offers five bedrooms and two full baths. Partially remodeled, it is located on a canal and has a a large open deck.
Central air conditioning with separate thermostats on each level.
The amenities inside include a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and Comcast Xfinity highspeed Internet. TV room has basic cable and two bedrooms have smart TV's. Sleeper sofa in TV room.
Outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. With an outdoor gas grill, kayak, fishing gear and surfboards, there is everything to make your beach trip memorable.
Off street parking for 4 cars.
Dock for your boat. Centrally located so you can take advantage of everything Fenwick has to offer. Great spot for the crew to spend a week, or more! Sleeps 11.

Property was as described with plenty of space for a family of 6 adults to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. Location was great and property was well equipped for all the enjoyment of beach & water related activities.

Perfect location and accomadations. We had a great stay at this beach house. The location was a short walk to the beach and having the bay water access in the back yard was so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet but still close enough to restaurants, shops etc...This was an ideal spot to unwind and relax. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

This is our second time renting this property. The five bedrooms are perfect for our family. It is centrally located and has all the essentials. We definitely recommend this property if you are planning a week or more in Fenwick!

Enjoyed staying here twice

We stayed at this house a couple of years ago and liked it enough to return. Great location, love the access to the bay right out back and the beach a short walk away. The house had plenty of room for the three of us.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described. It was roomy with so many great amenities, including everything you need for the beach or a relaxing day in the house. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and putt putt but also it is just far enough down the street that there was no road noise. And being allowed to bring our dogs was the icing on the cake!Nick was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions we had and he was incredibly accommodating when we lost power for a few hours due to the weather. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again next summer.

Great location, much larger than it appears from the pictures and very responsive host! We stayed here for a long weekend get away and had a great time despite the weather. I had trouble with the VRBO app and contacted the owner directly about arrival details. He responded quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week at Nick's house. The location was so nice and peaceful. The house had everything we needed. It was so easy to reach out to Nick on the last day. We met some of the neighbors and they were all so friendly and welcoming. It was a great place to stay. Thsnk you Nick.

The home is so much bigger than we expected! Great location, convenient to the beach too! Cooking was so easy there and tons of pots & pans! The grill was also amazing, but we did have to fill the propane. No problem at all, so it should last awhile for the next few guests. Nick was very responsive when we had a few questions while we were there! Neighbors are very nice too! Great stay!!! Thanks again Nick

Great Place!!

This place was an amazing spot for our family vacation! The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. We loved being in the water and it’s a short walk to the ocean. It is much bigger than it looks on the outside. Will definitely rent this place again.

Nice place!

We had a great week in Fenwick Island. Quick walk to the beach, nice quiet street on the canal, and Nick was very responsive when we thought we had an HVAC issue (which turned out to be our own user error). Beds were comfortable and the place was nice and clean when we arrived. Thank you!

Lovely and comfortable!

We lived staying here. The beds were comfortable which is very high on my list of importance! The kitchen was well stocked, the water just outside the back door was amazing, the two hvac units made it comfortable for everyone temperature-wise. The host was responsive when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!

The house location is great and is an easy walk to the beach. The rooms were nice and the common areas of the living room, dining room, kitchen and enclosed porch were spacious. The home was clean. We appreciate how quickly the host reacted to us getting locked out of the house. This said, there were a number of annoyances with the home. The rear door lock was broken, the water pressure in the shower was low, the master bedroom bed sagged very badly on one side, and it was tricky to setup the temperature of the home with all of the thermostats.

Fenwick Island Made Easy

Nick’s home made for an easy and relaxing family visit to Fenwick Island. Tucked on a quiet street yet steps away from both the beach and shops/restaurants means there is something for everyone. Even more, Nick generously provides everything you might need for a comfortable beach visit - chairs, umbrella, etc. The home itself is comfortable and perfect for family movie/game nights. Check in and communication were a breeze. We hope to visit again!

Nice spot for a family vacation

The house isn’t fancy but it has everything you need to be comfortable. Great location close to beach but also on canal. Great large back deck and backyard. Plenty of parking for large group. 4-5 cars possibly more. Property owner is very good with communication. Recommend this property.

Great house, location, owners and experience.

Clean and well cared for. An older home, about half updated, but all clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space for our group of 8-9 family members. Quiet street with easy access to beach, sound, shops and food. Nice deck and backyard on a canal with kayaks and fishing available right there. Owners were responsive and helpful. Would recommend and would stay there again. Thanks!

Great location, perfect for our family of 6

Nice home on quiet street in Fenwick. Home was clean, bathrooms are updated, kitchen is functional. Owner was responsive. The house was great for our family of 6. 4 teenagers each had their own bedroom. Close to where we wanted to be and quiet. Parking permit allowed us to drive and park on oceanside streets, kids rode bikes everywhere. We would return.

Everything you need!

Wonderful stay at this CLEAN cottage. Modern bats and kitchen. Bonus we didn’t have to pack sheets and towels. House is large with only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Everything you need for the beach and bay is in the shed. Brand new beach chairs were a plus! 1/2 mile walk to ice cream, mini golf, Waterpark and may restaurants and shops. You won’t be disappointed with this rental. Owner was accessible and very accommodating.

Perfect location, good vibes

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of Fenwick Island…we could walk everywhere (walking to High Tide coffee one block north was my favorite). The house was clean and the linens seemed new. My three daughters all enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The house had everything we needed—nice deck, games, puzzles, kitchen stuff, beach chairs and toys, and a double kayak. The neighbors were friendly and Nick (the owner) was helpful and responsive over messaging and text. The house had a nice and pleasant vibe. I think the house is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Great little Fall vacation at the Beach

Besides our nasty weather for the first two days , the rest of the week turned out great . The house and neighborhood were perfect for our week stay. The checkin and checkout process was so easy. A special thanks to Nick our host for a special week

Great waterfront location

We enjoyed are stay and particularly the ability to have our boat docked there. We brought a 21' Boston Whaler with a 200 HP engine. Although there are some shallows until you get to he main channel, we had very little difficulties. The next door neighbors to the east were friendly and very helpful.
