Welcome to the "Gray Oyster Club"! Perfectly located in the heart of Fenwick Island, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, your family will enjoy beautiful views of Little Assawoman Bay from the new expansive decks and outdoor space where you can grill, dine out and pass the hours watching sunsets, sunrises and enjoying the drinks of your preference! Kayak using the three one person kayaks and life jackets. Walk to the beach using the beach chairs provided, the water park, mini golf, ice cream, boutique shopping and everything Fenwick Island has to offer including amazing restaurants like Matt’s Fish Camp, Nantuckets, One Coastal and more.



This home features amazing outdoor space, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a new king, two double beds and two twins and 2 full baths. Please bring your own linens and towels. We provide pillows and blankets. We recommend Gale Force rentals in Ocean View if you prefer to rent them. Gale Force delivers and picks up. On the ground floor there is plenty of room for the kids to spread out and watch TV or play games and there is another half bath. The garages are for owner storage. One Fenwick Island parking pass is provided for your convenience in town.



The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for 8 people including a drip coffee machine, and there is parking for 4 cars and an outdoor shower. There are 3 smart TVs (internet only) in the living room master bedroom, and lower level family room. Paper starters, shampoo, hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.



There is an 18’ to 20 ‘ long step down pier along the canal bulkhead available for accommodating an appropriate sized vessel. Owners advise a maximum length of 24 feet. Boat owners must supply their own tie up lines and bumpers. The step down pier is in usable but only fair condition and extra caution must be used by everyone and anyone using this area. Boat owners assume all responsibility for the safety of themselves, their family members, and guests as well as their boat, while using the bulkhead / pier area.



Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes every day within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity, per home, per day including:

Explore the Fenwick canals and the waters of the beautiful Little Assawoman Bay by kayak or stand up paddle board. Rent a pontoon for a day on the water, or get a permit for an evening bonfire on the beach and create wonderful memories with friends and family.



ATTENTION: Surf Fishing Permit Holders, the drive on beach access is located less than 2 miles north of Oyster Bay Drive. Air station located at the entry.



There is no smoking in the home at all. Guests must be 25 to book. No HS senior groups please.
