Perfect location, great view, huge lanai, very comfortable beds, amazing golf rates, and excellent host. We loved everything about this place and hope to stay here again! Enjoyed having it to ourselves but this would also be great for 2 couples. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook many great meals, a rare find in the rental world and important to us. Stan was very accommodating and made our stay so easy and worry free. Absolutely recommend!

Great place

This condo was very well appointed and a very open floor plan, with the bedrooms being on opposite sides. The patio was amazing too. So close to everything in waikoloa. The only issues, which has nothing to with the owners, is the quiet hours starting at 9 pm. You can’t enjoy the patio after that if you are a lively bunch, but can inside. Would highly recommend.

Good golf at a good price. Lovely spacious Lanai-lived out there Fully equipped kitchen including an orange juicer which came in handy because some local friends gave us a huge bag of oranges from their property. Convenient location, near beaches, stores, etc. Fast easy walk for sunsets on the beach with margaritas Saw the best Green Flash ever on the Solstice!!! Will definitely book again and recommend.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stan’s condo. When we arrived, it was very clean and unlike some rentals, was fully equipped with enough dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. to last for our entire stay. It is extremely spacious and well appointed and the kitchen had most anything you could want, including knives that actually cut! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having plenty of nice quality towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. The lani is fabulous and we spent most every evening there. It is very large and has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and watching the sunsets as well as for dining. There are several beautiful beaches near by and the condo was completely equipped for having a fun day at the beach (Tommy Bahama chairs, several snorkel/fin sets, several boogie boards, coolers, beach bags, beach mats and beach towels). Last but not least, if you are a golfer, the discounted golf is a great deal and was very much appreciated. We had a great trip and will definitely be back!

Excellent property, will stay here again!

This was a trip with 3 generations of ladies and we loved the resort and accommodations. The gated complex felt safe, the pool was lovely and warm and the view of the golf course and ocean was relaxing. It was a quiet, clean complex. We loved having a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a wrap around lanai. There was lots of outside seating as well as an electric BBQ. Gorgeous sunsets every evening. It was a pleasant surprise to have some necessities already at the unit. There were condiments in the fridge, some sunscreen and aloe in the closet, and a good supply of TP. We were also thrilled to find beach towels, lawn chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and fins. All you need to bring is a swim suit and groceries and you're set. The unit is within walking distance to the ocean and the Kings and Queens shops where there are restaurants, groceries and retail stores. We made reference of this particular unit to refer to family and friends and for a return trip. Had a great time and will be back again!

Location was key

Overall this place is just awesome. The small community was very quiet and friendly. Pool/spa never crowded. Walking distance to several stores/restaurants. The golf was the gem! Having the discounts was very nice. Anything you wanted to do was only a fifteen minute drive away (snorkeling, shopping, etc). Only had to go far if you wanted to. The huge lanai was super nice with the fairway view and sunsets. It’s just really nice compared to the over priced and over crowded resorts. Little things are huge, like being able to park right outside the unit- unloading and loading and being back in the nicely air conditioned home was really nice. The unit was well stocked with chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, kitchen supplies- just a great experience. Thank you, we will be back.

This is a hidden gem

When I first booked this property, I was nervous, because someone had rated it “a bit outdated”….I was pleasantly surprised. Yes It is not as new as some of the other properties around, but all of that does not matter. This i guess you call it a “garden home”. Is great! Your own entry, parking space, sound walls( you don’t hear your neighbor at all!). The bedrooms are big…with comfortable beds, the bathrooms are big and most of all the place is really CLEAN! The kitchen has everything you need and tons of kitchen ware! We cooked almost everyday. Updated appliances. The living room and dining room are roomy and comfortable……big screen TV, games, books. Now the best….the lanai…..huge! Peaceful! Peekaboo view of the ocean , overlooks the golf course ….wonderful breeze that comes from the ocean….dining table and comfortable seating for 5 or 6 and 2 lounging chairs……we spent a lot of time out there ! And one day when it was only 82 opened up the whole house and just let the fresh air flow through the house……. Just minutes away from a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many also…….about 10 minute (maybe less) walk to go down to the water…..we saw turtles basking and feedin every day! The property is in an area where it is close enough to do so many things…..49 black sand beach is only a 15 minute drive…(because driving in residential areas) and many more beaches and high quality dining opportunities . There is a “Grocery store” called Island gourmet…..5 minutes away….it is like an industrial ABC store…we like a Island gourmet grocery store…like a mom and pop. And Kailua Kona is only 30 minutes south….so you can get anything you need from bigger store chains. I would choose this place again if given the chance. Mr. Drake……great!!!! 2 days after getting in, he contacted us to see if everything was okay….and any questions I had he answered in a reasonable time…..great experience!!!!

Amazing place

Stan was a fantastic host. Very accessible and helpful. He has it well organized with everything you need for a great family vacation. The place is fantastic. All the accommodations you could ask for. The location is great. We really enjoyed family diners on the deck with beautiful sunsets every night. The golf was great as well and the discount was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This older Unit was spacious and comfortable, nice having the covered attached carport. This is an excellent value for golfers with discounted fees at Waikoloa. Good location. Beautiful sunsets. The Vrbo check in info was not accurate for the WiFi.

Spacious two bedroom condo in Waikoloa

Stan’s condo is beautifully furnished and so spacious. The big wrap around lanai with a barbecue, lounge and outdoor seating was almost like a separate apartment. The kitchen is fully kitted out so the nights we stayed in we were able to cook with ease. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Waikoloa!

Stan’s place is awesome and the pictures don’t do it justice! It is a second story property with arguably the best view in the complex. We had unobstructed sunset views looking out over a golf course every single night. It’s also right across from a great pool which we enjoyed with our kids daily. The condo is clean, has all the amenities you could want, and a cache of all the beach equipment you could possible need (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, etc.). The owner is also very accessible, friendly and helpful. It was a great place to use as home base during our week long vacation on the Big Island, and we would definitely stay here again when we return. Thanks Stan!
