Family friendly 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, located in a quiet pocket community. Open concept with dining, kitchen and living room. Entire community is smoke/vape free. Comfortably sleeps at least 6. On site free parking.

Easy access to Rec Center, water park, urgent care center with specialty care; downtown is a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and arts scene. Many churches nearby. Spearfish has an enforced noise ordinance. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bars/beaneries, bicycle shop--all within minutes. Major retail outlets nearby, within the city. Here away from your business? UPS store within walking distance.

Covered club house patio a few steps away--lounging chairs and dining table (seats 8) and gas grill.

Closeby city parks, bicycle/walking trail.and fishing stream.

Multiple microbreweries and wineries nearby.

Easy access to Black Hills attractions including spectacular site seeing and touring, watersports, hiking and backpacking, golfing, horse back riding; winter sports including snow mobiling, snow shoeing, skiing, and so much more. Seasonal PRCA rodeos, off road and mountain biking competitions held yearly. Just minutes from Sturgis and its yearly motorcycle rallyand year round attractions including motorcycle museum and other sites.. Easy drive to remarkable airforce museum at Ellsworth AFB, Wall Drug, Badlands area.

Nice home and neighborhood

This is a newer home (built in 2017 or so) that was nicely designed and furnished and in a quiet, nice, neighborhood. The main bedroom is on the first floor with an attached bathroom and a queen bed. The second main bedroom was on the second floor with a bathroom across the hall.

Cute neighborhood and spotless property!

I have no negative things to say about this house. It was just as advertised- the house was spotless. You can easily walk to downtown Spearfish to restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood itself was extremely quiet. We had 4 people but it easily sleeps more! No question we would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location

We loved the location. We walked the trail every day & my son found a gym a couple of blocks away that he loved. The house was very comfortable and perfect for us.

Wonderful family stay!

My three adult sisters and I had the most enjoyable time here in Spearfish. The house was very high end and comfortable in every way. Being so close to the downtown area made it so convenient. Sandi, our host, was excellent. Her communication was very prompt and she followed up to ensure that our accommodations were met. I absolutely recommend!

Quiet comfortable convenient stay!

The home is centrally located in a quaint mini neighborhood within Spearfish. It was clean and comfortable with all the typical amenities. The house manager did a great job ensuring we had what we needed. We were not disappointed and you won’t be either.

Amazing property in an upbeat town!

This property was truly amazing! It is practically brand new, extremely clean, and well organized. My two daughters and I stayed there and it was great to each have a private bedroom but enjoy the living/great room area or front porch together in the evenings. My youngest loved the loft and reading nook! There were plenty of supplies for cooking meals and breakfast. The area also has a multitude of good restaurants close by. Everything was thoughtfully arranged in the house and we didn't have to spend time hunting for items during our stay. The bathrooms were beautiful, immaculate and roomy. And the washer and dryer were super handy for cleaning our beach towels after coming back from the lake. The manager was available for any issues but we never had any problems or complaints. It's a quaint "pocket" community and I felt very safe staying there which is something I specifically look for when traveling. The location of the property is another good feature. It is close to the revitalized downtown area but less than a five minutes drive to be out on the highway. There is plenty to do locally as well as driving further to take in well known landmarks and parks. I truly loved staying at this house and hope to come back many more times in the future. It made our trip to South Dakota very memorable. I highly recommend this property.
